The room was in good condition. However, the walls are not (or poorly) insulated and I could hear the women next door talking to someone for about an hour before they finally left their room. You could also hear everything in the restroom (if you know what I mean), which could be a bit embarrassing. Possibly due to the sliding glass door to the bathroom. Over all, the room was clean, had modern and minimal furniture. The staff were friendly and professional. A nice size bar with televisions was also available and open till 11pm on Friday & Saturday, 10pm other days.

It was great, everything was good up until the morning when they started knocking at our door an hour before check out. They wanted us to move our vehicle because there was I think a renovation going on. We got awaken by the lady knocking hour and a half before our alarm went off. Other than that it was all very good.

Supervisor Crystal (not sure of the spelling) provided horrible customer service. Checked us into a room with two queen needs when we booked a junior stuite with a King never mentioning it was different than what I booked. Then had to go back down to the registration counter where another employee had to ask Crystal for help and Crystal told the employee to move is to an executive king. The employee mentioned there would be no extra charge and I replied that I did not know the difference. Crystal heard this and moved closer to the employee and saying what I thought I heard her say standard king, but I brushed it off thinking I heard wrong. When we got to the new room, it was in fact a way smaller room but had a king. Again Crystal hadn’t mentioned anything about the difference or offer to compensate for the downgrade. When I returned downstairs Crystal was with another customer, so I asked the employee what her name and position was. When I found out she was the supervisor on for the shift, I decided I was not going to waste any more of my time with her. I will be reaching out to the general manager to make him aware of the situation. Worst experience ever; never have been treated so poorly at any other hotel.
