I would like to take this opportunity to advised all guest not to stay at this place. This place needs to be condemned. First I would like to say that I stayed at this place prior in July 2001 and it was acceptable. I did not know how the place changed and I booked it for 3 nights last July. We arrived through San Juan and rented a vehicle and drove all the way to this small town. Upon our arrival I was in total shock, the person at the front desk also attempted to place us in a room on the first floor which had 3 twin beds. I immediately did not accept it and we were placed on the upper level. The carpet was disgusting, dirt, wet and the rooms were very outdated and not acceptable. The bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower area, sink area and was totally unsanitary. We had no choice but to spend one night there and the next morning asked if we could receive a partial payment. The woman who runs the place was unprofessional and would not give us any refund. I lost two days and we departed and headed back to Isla Verde where I booked another hotel for two nights an addition to the three nights I already booked in Isla Verde. I contacted the Puerto Rico Tourism and the Business Bureau and I was told that they were trying to shut the place down. This place was disgusting and I was totally saddened as this was once a nice place to stay. I hated reporting this because my dad was from this beautiful town. The people are simple, sweet and welcome tourist. I wish I had the funds to invest and renovate this place because the town truly is beautiful.

Hotel Oasis is the best in the Area.
Dirty infected sump. This place should not be operating as a hotel, beware of bugs, termites, wonder why they operate this place with a hotel name, it falls short of being a decent place to stay never again.......Mr. Rodriguez
There was dust everywhere. The swimming pool was mostly for doves, not able for people, even thou I saw them cleaning everyday. New towels in need. They went up to floor three and there is no elevator, should think about handicap person. Excellent location, near restaurants, malls, gas station, hospital... Water heater was good and the air conditioning. The staff, they do their best to make you feel comfortable.
Bugs, freaking termites... employees's bad actitude...noise...it was the best worst hotel! We were just one night, but it was enought for us. When we arrived they told us many excuses about their dirty rooms. The best part was when I saw many termites eating the door's room. When I do my complain they told me "Don't worry that ok"...I can't believe it!! I knew that wasn't a four stars hotel...but never like this!!
An ok Bed and Breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the stay. Breakfast consist of coffee, sandwich and a fruit. Not bad for the price. We stayed in a very noisy room next to the avenue. It was the only one available. Is in a great location and the town around is beautiful. Parking near the hotel. En general esta bien para una noche. Necesita limpieza. Esta en remodelacion. Bueno para descansar una noche y continuar el viaje el proximo dia.
I walked in and from the minute I saw this dump there was a problem!!! See pictures below! No caption needed! HORROR!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THE WAY I WALKED IN I WALKED OUT. MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
The price was good we stayed in room 110 it had a tiny pool view wich was nice. The rooms could use a little dusting and the carpet a replacement but it was good for a 2 night stay. I didnt expect much but my sheets were clean. The a/c was nice and the room was already cool when we got there. The recepcionist at night was super attentive and nice. The 24 pool was a nice addition.
We just wanted to enjoy all night long across the puertorican western area, but...Surprise!! Can^t get in back at the hotel !! There^s nobody at night, and the only way to get in "was a a terrible!!At the end, my husband and me slept in our car!!!!! Can^t get in back!!Early in the morning, when they open, then we can. Awfull!!!
Once arrived at this property by traveling through Puerto Rico, and came to learn of this hotel. The sheets were very white and clean. Many hotels you have to deal with all the clients, but here it is tranquil and calm. There's pizza within walking distance and the beaches are beautiful in the area. I would come back here many times.
