Very good location. Offer free airport shuttle. Room was very clean. Has a restaurant on site.
Thought I would give it a try to save a few bucks...... you get what you pay for , which was over $200 a night so not exactly cheep. Got In Late after a long day of travel , woke up in the morning and started to look around my room , not an inspection , just noticed a few things 1. Crack pipe on top of mirror 2. Some writing on the door of the room in magic marker 3. A towel rack was pulled of the wall , and put in the safe. I decided I couldn't stay there , and was given a full refund from the front desk. Might be an isolated thing , but beware when booking this one.
On our first night there was a guy who was making a horrible noise shouting and knocking in the other room for a couple of hours that interupted our sleep and made us felt annoyed.
Room was very adequate, clean and roomy. Location is great for the airport. Shuttles run every 15 minutes - takes about 10 minutes to airport - shuttles is first class and only stops at one other resort.
I wasn't looking for anything fancy since I wasn't planning on being in my room for long. It was well suited. Had the basic things I needed. Clean, comfy, and decent location. Helpful staff. You should check it out.
The title says it all. But if you need more, I recommend, don't stay here.
Bad internet signal. Booked hotel to be close to airport. $15 taxi ride to Bart train station to go in to city for sightseeing. Was only there for one day.
need more people in reception area. it is litle slow to check in.
Will continuec o come back it just dont like that the price fluctuates depending on the day for instances 1 book a 4 day stay for 120 a nite and and 1st & 2nd nite same and 3rd nite will sometimes becas high as 200 unaffordable. To me
Location to airport good. Room was for four, only supplies for two. Bed only had two small size pillows and was uncomfortable. Could feel the mattress springs. Staff was moderately friendly at check in; made reservations for 4 and they asked if wanted 2 beds.
Positive: the bed it's comfortable. Negative: everything else. 200+ a night for a contemporarily painted motel 6. You could hear conversations next door all night. My neighbors tried to get in through the suite door. Creepy. You can hear cars and foot traffic outside your door all day. There aren't sheer shades so you either black out all the light or let the world see you through "tinted" Windows. Finally, the locks weren't that good. And the maid tried coming in while I was using the facilities without knocking. Thankfully the latch was on. I had anxiety the whole time. Cold floors (no carpet), mold in the corner of the shower, turn shower curtains. This is the type of place you stay at bc you have a conference to go to, and everywhere else is booked. Do yourself a favor and book further away and drive.
Suitable for one night stay. Close to the airport.
Not the best, could be better. Pets stay free. Ugly view, noisy and staff well, unless you talk to them you won't even know they are there.
It was a dingy hotel, for a high price. The proximity to the airport was the main feature that made it acceptable.
It was an average hotel. If you need to be close to the airport this is a great hotel for a great price. Everything els basic so don't expect much. And there's also a 24 hrs restaurant in the lobby. That's a plus.
Great staff adjusted our stay to acomadate our arrival and departure.
Very poor maintained. Staff need to be trained. Towels of poor quality.
I can only speak to the room that I stayed in 431. The restroom fan was not working, and rust was visible on the metal service plate above the shower. There was free wifi, however when we checked in no password (which was required to log on, was provided or accessible). The staff was quick and efficient but not particularly friendly. The room was clean, and I didn't find any signs of bed bugs, but nothing about it wowed me. The plus side was there was an in room mini refrigerator. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not clean it out from the last guest, who had left a bottle of orange juice in there.
The staff was pleasant but the room had some sort vague lingering grubby/musty old hotel odor. You get used to it, but it hits you every time you come back to the room. My door lock was malfunctioning and on 3 different occasions I needed to go back to tbe lobby to get a new key card. On the last occasion the staff needed to try multiple cards & it looked like I might not get into my room for about 30 min. Finally I got in, and was moved to a room with a working lock. Actually, the new room was a lot better & didn't smell. The staff was apologetic & upgraded me to a better suite without my needing to ask. So... perhaps I was just unlucky but I won't be hurrying back.
my room is close to the highway, a bit noisy. I think the rooms on the other end would be better. Shuttle bus to the airport is super.
