Upon arrival the room we were given wasn’t even done being cleaned and we were shuffled to another. Exposed wires under the heater, stained towels, and the power strip missing from the bedside table. MOST AGGRAVATING was when had bedbugs in our room and unfortunately didn’t find them until it was on our pillow, the morning of check out. The manager has been hard to track down to make thing right.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Handyman seems to be a little busy — it took him 2.5 hours to come check my fridge. He was very warm and conscientious when he came, though. Room was roomy, clean and stocked with toiletries. Pleasant room. I could hear the road noise some, but not so much that it was intrusive or distracting. Airport shuttle runs frequently and on time - a blessing! Heater / cooler worked well— would have been nice, though, to be able to set the cooling system to 60° instead of only to 66°. 66° is good for daytime, but I need slightly cooler at night. I had trouble finding a happy medium. Tried with sheet, without sheet, with /without a blanket. Maybe if I’d stayed more than one night I’d have figured it out. Bed had several layers (in nice condition!) — thick quilt, thin (attractive) lightweight spread, and I think even a lightweight blanket. Fridge was barely cool; not cold, even at max setting. Hairdryer’s in the process of detaching from the wall, but it works.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The airport area is noisy and the noise from surrounding rooms is bad.

We don’t like this hotel, the room supose is deluxe ande deluce not have nothing we were dissappointed.

Good location next to the airport and close to downtown

Great budget hotel for travelers or pet owners who do not need a high end hotel experience. Easy walk to the dog park down the street. No add on charge for dogs which is awesome. Depending on where your room is you may hear planes taking off from San Francisco airport, but this didn’t bother us. Downtown Burlingame is cute, we’ve stumbled across great spots for breakfast and lunch or dinner.

The room was cleaner than I expected judging by the appearance of the outside of the hotel. The elevators didn't work so I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to my room alone, which was unsettling. The padlock on my door didn't work and the door didn't seem to hang quite right on the frame so there was a lot of light coming in. I was uneasy about the security but I still managed to sleep alright because I didn't hear much foot traffic by my room at all. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Great walk on the bay just across the street. Really nice staff in Leann's restaurant. A little trash around parking lot. But I got great deal on Orbitz so I can't really complain but had I paid full price my review would go down by quit a bit but since I didn't pay the full price I was satisfied.

Hotel is ok for the price, but parking is extremely hard to get if you are returning to your room after 9pm. So if you are planning to have a night out, take a cab.

Ok place to stay but parking is a problem for those with rental cars. The day we are leaving for SFO airport to fly back to IAD for a 5.50am flight, the free shuttle service scheduled to pick us up at 4am did not arrive and it was already 4.15am so we decided to get Uber so as not to miss our flight home. It caused unnecessary stress for us.

It was ok , clean inside , good and fresh linens and pillows. The outside not so clean, but the restaurant next to the hotel has a good and affordable food - is not fancy but the food is good .

I'll admit it was a last minute choice, but the location is nice and it is near the airport. I couldn't tell if there were any other places of interest nearby...certainly none within walking distance. The staff was courteous. The room and amenities were pretty much as other hotels of it's type. I had a room in the back but it was still somewhat noisy. The attached cafe was okay. It was fine as a place to stay the night before an early flight, but not worth the price paid.
