No frills motel close to the airport. Great owner/manager, but the facilities could use an update. The room was noisy and worn out, but clean and affordable and safe.

Surprised by this place a good bit however it was a great overnight stay waiting for the airport!!

Very clean. Front desk staff accommodated my early check in. Transportation to/from hotel was quick.

Hotel told us they did not have our reservation and were booked.

The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable but it was too close to residents for my taste and I won't stay there again.

The front desk failed to give a 4:30am wake up call and failed to have a taxi ready at 5am as promised. Shows you can not trust this staff to assist! F

COMING BACK FROM MEXICO I WAS WONDERING WHAT KIND OF A ROOM I WOULD GET AT THE RAMADA LIMITED SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I JUST NEEDED A QUIET ROOM TO EXPEND THE NIGHT AND CONTINUE MY JOURNEY TO NORTH CALIFORNIA;. I WAS VERY DELIGHTED TO FIND A VERY CLEAN LOBBY WITH A NICE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK. MY ROOM WAS WHAT I WISHED IT TO BE AND THE BED VERY COMFORTABLE. I SLEPT SURROUNDED BY PEACE AND QUIET. NEXT DAY I TOOK A SHOWER IN A VERY CLEAN TUB AND GOT READY TO GO ON THE REST OF MY TRIP BACK HOME. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THIS PLACE AN OASIS FOR A TIRED TRAVELER AND KEEP ON KEEPING ON.

This hotel was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, the staff were not welcoming, friendly or helpful. The linen was disgustingly filthy, shampoo and conditioner bottles had been used and we're half full. The water was brown, couldn't shower or brush your teeth. The breakfast was pathetic, by 8:30 most things were depleted and not replenished, had to go elsewhere for breakfast, why do you advertise breakfast at this point? The rooms were noisy all hours of the night, not a good sleep. The rating was a 4 I can't believe that! We will never book at a Ramada again. The reason we booked here was because it was close to the airport for our early flight departure.

I chose this hotel to stay one night because this hotel provide free breakfast, parking. that cost more than $50 if you stay in downtown SFO about 30min drive from this hotel. This place is clean, even close to airport and high way, but still quiet enough to sleep. not noisy a lot.

You overcharge me for the hotel. The nightly rate was about 110 and you charge me 140. The hotel is fine but Orbitz overcharge me.

The service from the staff was excellent. This hotel has superb value.

Had a wonderful experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Reception person was very friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were very limited. Bathroom was dirty and old. Room is very basic. Bed linens need to be refreshed.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Really clean room. Great location near shopping center and restaurants. Will be staying again my next time in the area!

Breakfast room to small and elevator doesn't go all the way down to lower parking.

Very much enjoyed the stay at this Ramada. A short walk to Grand Ave. with a great assortment of a variety of food joints. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good.

For the price, I was expecting a dive. To my surprise, it was recently renovate. Very clean. Room and bed were quite comfortable. Desk staff, super nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

an unexpected night of comfort
