Interesting industrial theme Friendly, helpful staff Good size rooms Very comfortable bed Good location

Great location and nicely updated. Both mornings we were woken by the guests above us moving around in their room which was distruptive to our ability to sleep.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here when I come back.

NICE PLACE, THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. NICE GYM. ONLY ISSUE IS THE TRAFFIC NOISE IS FAIRLY LOUD, AND THE LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM ARE NOT AS BRIGHT AS I WOULD LIKE.

Loved staying here...staff very nice. Room itself clean and comfortable. Only drawback was lack of lighting and a bit of noise but nothing terrible. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are a bit dark but everything else is great

You pull into the hotel parking only to find out it’s not the hotel parking. There is $10 parking charge if you don’t unload and check in within 15 minutes. The sign says 50 dollars overnight parking then they add $7 tax. It just an absolute rip off! Period. Rooms are small. For $270 a night, it was not worth it. For $89 a night, I would go back. The staff could have had courtesy to comp the $10 charge.

Gorgeously comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was quiet so helped us get a good night’s sleep. Great location for walking around Fisherman’s Wharf.

Upon arrival hotel desk staff of 3 were all available and yet not too friendly or gracious. Room was very nice however we could hear every foot step from the family above- lication is superb

Staff and hotel were excellent especially Regina and Edita housekeeping staff was very respectful and patient. Located in the center of everything and the tourist sites. Great hotel. Great stay

The Staff was really nice and informative. We needed a late check out since we stayed here for a Half Marathon and knew we were going to be back a little after checkout time. They offered to let us check out at 3pm! Which was great.

Room was nice enough, very dark though. My biggest complaint was the noise, I could pretty easily here the patrons below me well into the evening.

Love this hotel close to pier about 15 minute walk.

Fantastic HOtel very near Fisherman's Wharf, Trolley Car, mass transit, food, ful!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Chrissy Field, the Ferry Building and great restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing

Great location, nice industrial deco, helpful staff.

Room was very dark with little lighting. Room was clean . At 10:00 p.m. the front doors are locked and you have to have your key to get in. If you are just arriving someone has to be attentive at front desk to let you in. There are better hotels for the money. My room was over $500 per night because of some convention. Look elsewhere. Breakfast was just OK.

Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay - wish they had better fruit options.

Good Morning Anonymous and thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry to learn that charges for parking were a surprise. This is a part of the information that we provide to our partner, Orbitz. We'll continue to work with them to improve how this information is provided. With respect to our pricing, we have the lowest parking price amongst our competitors in this market. I'm sorry too that the tax caused a concern. If you'd like to contact us here at the hotel, we'll be happy to address your comment about the $10 charge. Thank you. Michel Sheer
