Pier 2620 Hotel Fisherman's Wharf

It was a very nice hotel a close walk to the Piers. Staff was friendly and concierge very helpful. It was a rather unique hotel with the room decorations, which I thought was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Loved every minute. Beautiful hotel. Located perfectly for the things we wanted to do on our stay. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly.

I love the hotel and their staff. Had a few issues that I didn't have my first stay. Everything is in walking distance and you can get to all the transportation for getting around the city easily. A fun place to be.

The room was clean and nice and staff was great however the street noise and inside the hotel was horrible. We didn't sleep because there is no sound proof to block out noise. An old hotel redone but didn't redo the single pane window and insulation.

Great location for fishermans wharf, would definitely stay here again.

The concierge services were very helpful! And we were able to check in very early. Breakfast is included and for that is was sufficient but no necessarily good. A very basic continental breakfast.

Very good experience, had a enjoyable time at the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Stay at hotel was great except the room temp. as they had it locked at certain degree. As we like it cold , I think we were locked at 67 so assume it was a cost cutting deal so not comfortable at night

Walk to Fishermans Warf, Little Italy, many great restaurants near by.

We spent 2 nights here and before traveling south to Carmel and we really enjoyed our stay. When you walk in the front door there is a beautiful floral aroma that welcomes you, it's wonderful! Checking in was easy and our room was available even though we arrived a couple hours before the posted check in time. The decor is very cool and trendy. Breakfast was good, especially for my husband who ate there both mornings. I was a bit disappointed with it - I only drink decaffeinated coffee - one morning there was no decaf and the other morning it was really too strong for me to drink (and I usually like strong coffee). Also, I am a sucker for sweets at breakfast, especially on vacation, and there was nothing sweet on the breakfast buffet the two mornings we were there - no pancakes, waffles, danish, donuts, or even muffins. That was a bummer but the eggs and potatoes were good and there was plenty of meat if you eat that sort of thing. The concierge was a hoot and very helpful - she even helped us with the non San Francisco part of our vacay!

Very friendly people and convenient location Would go back...

Being on a lower floor, my stay was much louder than expected between people walking around above me or a good cart going down the hall at 6:00 am each morning.

terrible street noise every bus car motorcycle that pasted by echoed into the room. Wi-Fi no signal buffering 80%of the time. no resturant

I loved the hotel and everyone was so friendly. I have to give a big thank you to the concierge as she was just a wonderful treat. She was a ray of sunshine on a rather rainy week. The maid service starts way too early though. And a bit loud, but very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the memories! Loved the stay.

I'd encourage you to find one of the several hundred hotels or Airbnbs in San Francisco that give you an all in price. Here, they hit you with a $30/ night plus tax mandatory charge so the price you're seeing on the site is not accurate.

The minute you walk into the lobby you feel like you've made the right choice for you stay. The lobby smells very pleasant and has nice decor. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Another bonus for staying here is that it's close to Fisherman's Wharf as well as a lot of other eateries and shops. I had a great time and would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

I asked a baby crib twice, but they didn't bring one. Other points were good.

Friendly staff and nice hotel in a great location.

First time to "The City" and the hotel was amazing. Close walk to the Wharf without crazy hills. Walk to cable cars. Uber rides seemed to be right around $5-6 anywhere. The airport is about 30 minutes away and no shuttle so you have to plan. Bar is expensive but the bartender is awesome. Walgreens is across the street but no liquor or beer/wine though. Plenty of stores around but we came in on Thanksgiving so some close early. The decor is Industrial Chic and right on. Loved it. It can be difficult finding a King room that can fit three with a roll-away or sofa bed. Fridge in this room and microwave can be used downstairs. Very important after Chinatown! Actually we had leftovers every place we went. Close to North Beach too. Great staff and a concierge service via text. Stay here and you will not regret it!

From check in to check out, it was great stay but concierge was so bad. She looks like she hate helping customer.
