This is clearly an old pension which was poorly renewed. They really think they can charge 300 bucks a night for a room without heater? Without a chair and working space? Without mini fridge? The drainage in the shower was blocked. It was an overall terrible experience. I can easily say it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my whole life.
