From the outside the hotel do not look that good. However, on the inside it is a better look. I had to be moved to three rooms. The first room the TV did not work. The second room the floor was wet. Finally got a bigger room. However, it was on the first floor and children were running around all the time and you could hear everything. The walls are thin so you can hear others conversation and the people walking above your head.

Good location Will not give more no review tttttttttttttttt. BBB b

Parking is 35 dollars a night, which is not posted anywhere on the website. The hotel has a confusing layout. The rooms are basic; the bed isn’t comfortable and the pillows are flat and unsupportive. I asked for a new hair dryer because the two in the room don’t work, they gave me the same one back. The pool area is cute, but no one goes to the city to swim in a hotel pool. It was dramatically over priced, would not recommend. The amenities are okay, not worth the money.

No friied food like egg and sausage for brkfast.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I emailed beforehand requesting a room with a pool view and the hotel confirmed that is what I would get. Instead, they gave me a room with a parking lot view and it was extremely noisy with vehicles turning on and loud beeps from disarming car alarms. Also, the room received was a connecting room where I could hear next door and they were yelling during late at night. I didn't bother complaining as I would be there just 1 more night and moving my things wasn't worth the effort. Hotel was able to hold luggage before and after check-in and out I expected nicer accommodations based on website photos but this Villa was more of a motel. Despite the convenient location, I wouldn't return for a future San Fran stay.

It's one of the lowest price around downtown, even the parking fee was not bad and it is walking distance to fisherman's wharf.

Buss stop at location. Good to go anywhere for $1.25

The hotel is in a great location! It is about a 20 minute walk to Fisherman's wharf. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. any questions we had about surrounding attractions or shops, they didn't hesitate to offer suggestions. The complimentary breakfast was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We didn't have any issues while we were there. We were only there for 4 days, but I could easily go back to that hotel for longer. The only complaint I had was the noise from the traffic being so loud.

Overall the hotel was great and I would definitely stay again for my next SF trip. Stayed 4 nights with a friend - we were both visiting from the east coast. Short walk Fisherman's Wharf and other marina highlights. Hotel staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was a plus. Nice outdoor pool area.

The hotel is not a quality hotel - very old - bathroom kinda gross- metal rusted - the blinds must be 15 years old and broken, very noisy street location, room old- not very clean - the breakfast did not have any healthy options! Other than the Housekeeping staff who were very nice there is Not much to like about about the hotel!

Trouble with the lock left us stuck in the hotel all morning missing our planned activities. Maintanence was rude to the point of hostility. Management did not even offer anything, we had to ask to switch rooms and were downgraded...the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had in San Francisco out of 30+ trips.

BETTER MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATOR, BETTER BETTER ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT, BETTER INFORMATION POSTED ON THE PARKING LOT ON WHERE THE LOBBY IS.

Very good location and nearby other places, Hotel is very clean and easy to check in , I would stay here again in the future

The hotel isn't the nicest but it's in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The price was inexpensive for San Francisco, so it was silly of us to expect more. The hotel is fine if you are traveling on a budget, only in the room for short periods of time and do not care about comfort, updated surroundings or cleanliness.

Although at the front desk I was told that I will have a little view to the city, there was none. I got a view to the building next to the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel was in a great location, had a safe in the room, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are small the maids don't do good job cleaning rooms. Been there for 4 nights everyday I take out my own trash. Had coffee the first morning once it's done!!!!! No more coffee. They charge $33 a day for parking which wasn't mentioned when booking a year before my stay. They don't have good breakfast and the worst part I like to bring my food back to my room and eat. There is no take outs $250 a night is way to much for this place. I will not stay at this place again.

Good location. The hotel is a bit run down. Room was clean but smelled humid / musty. In spite of having an alley-facing room, there was a lot of street noise because of the poor quality windows.

nice location, close to beach, nice staff, good breakfast, con: small room
