While the hotel is older and things are in some cases dated he is still very nice, the room is comfortable. The first unexpected thing was that the windows are so dirty you can barely see through them. Had some room service that was very timely and tasty. Good location The $70 a night valet parking charge is a bit excessive. They would be smarter to have a higher room rate where you don’t notice it.

We had a wonderful time in San Diego. The restaurant was outstanding—every dish was delicious, and the chef really impressed us. However, the hotel itself was just okay. It was fine for a stay, but for the price, we expected a bit more comfort and a few extra amenities.
