The valet crew is what makes this hotel worthwhile. They were friendly, informative on where to site see, and always remembered our family. Housekeeping must be unhappy because my shower and floors were filthy, and towels did not smell fresh.
No where to park my vehicle in this entire property I have never experienced that & my room smelled so bad I went and bought a bottle fabreeze, Was woken up at 4am loud plumbing pipes in the wall unpleasant stay all around.
We had a room w a broken shower and were also not able to get toilet paper after the first day. However, the room was very nice. Most of the staff was very nice.
Okay so a few things; Had no clue that parking was going to be $45 bucks a day , no where on Orbitz does it say anything about parking. Parking is valet only , so if you forget something in the car , there’s no just going to your car , you’ll have to wait until valet brings the car . So the beds were HORRIBLE. Super hard , pillows were flat , when I come on vacations I usually come to catch up ok sleep but , no I got no sleep because the beds were hard . If you need anything extra like bedding or towels you can forget about it , phones lines were always busy . The location was nice as far as the area but That’s about it .
Valet parking was costly. We stayed 6 nites and a discount would have been nice.

Everything is excellent staff are friendly biffet breakfastbis a plus. Room are spacious can accomodate 6 people. The only downside is the parking is expensive but overall we had a great stay.
