There is no lobby check in available at this place. I had to get on a highway and drive 10 minutes away to actually check in.

I called to check-in, and they notified me that they were a satellite hotel, so I had to pick up my keys at their main hotel. I didn’t mind this, but I did mind that when I showed up they said they could not find my reservation. It was at this time that they canceled my reservation all together and told me I could upgrade and stay at their hotel. I didn’t want that so I asked for my refund. I politely told them to please just give me my refund, and not make me have to waste my time to get my money back. They said okay, but they never did, and I had to waste my time calling customer support to get my money back. I understand having to drive to a different location to get some keys, but to waste someone’s time especially when they’re being cooperative with you is just sleezy.

Great stay

I read the reviews after booking the stay and I was skeptical but it was better than I’ve could’ve imagine. The apartment was clean and cozy. It was perfect for two people. The only complaint I would have is the check in was at another location. There is a parking fee too.

The vent from the microwave is greasy and it stinks up the whole place. I also couldn’t get any warm water to shower so I couldn’t shower not to mention figuring out how to turn on the shower was a hassle. Bed was pretty hard as well.

This was advertised as a suite with a bed, sofa sleeper,dining area.it had none of those things.room was nothing like what was described on expedia.ruined my whole trip.had to drive back home because no where to sleep.left immediately and returned key to pick up location.called and texted host .no response.requested refund. Still waiting.

Had to pick up key at a different hotel in hotel circle about 3-4 miles away but that process was easy as we later at night with no traffic (that would be very frustrating in rush hour ) you Don’t have to take it back - so that’s a plus. StudioApartment was NOT the unit In pics. Misleading .We had unit 312. Similar but NOT. Interior of building/halls very dirty and smelled. Walls are not even walls. Paper tgin. The neighbors had the tv on all night at normal volume and we had the pleasure of listening to them and their movies word for word all night long as well as all conversations In A 30 foot radius/hall way. Since they never turned their tv off- we didn’t get much sleep. Not good when driving 8hrs next day. Our tv would not work . There’s no cable it’s a Smart tv- Had it worked properly we could have connected to one of our subscriptions and helped drowned out the sounds but the tv issue needs to be addressed . It wasn’t the cleanest, bathroom dirty and full of hair, looked to be dog hair on pull out sheet. Does have a nice little kitchenette. looked stocked with utensils and things. We let them know there was 3 of us at booking and not enough towels for even 2. We had ONE full sized towel for us 3 to share ……and one very very small pool type towel. No blankets/bedding for pull out and it was very uncomfortable. I had to go to my car to retrieve a blanket. It worked for the night but this really shouldn’t be on Expedia . Don’t be fooled by those pictures.

Meh!!!

Location was OK, the problem was you had to drive another 4 miles to another location to pick up the key. there was no front desk, and people lived here, this was no hotel, Ive seen Motel 6's in better shape.
