This charming one bedroom & one bathroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Pacific Beach. It is a 4 minute walk to the sand and 7 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of PB. This apartment has new carpet, paint and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach living weekend. This unit is southern facing offering incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and you’ll be looking at the Pacific.



The Space:

This small and quaint beach cottage offers great living room area and large smart TV, couch and dining room table for four. The bedroom has great lighting with a queen size bed and closet. The home comes ready with all cooking utensils needed.

A space heater is provided as the primary heating source for the property.

Pacific Beach is known for the best sandy stretches in the world. Wake up in the morning with fresh coffee, take a 4 min walk to the sand and you’ll be able to walk the tide line for miles. Great Stay! Amazing location!

Walking distance to all that pacific beach has to offer. Easy street parking, too. We rented a car but not necessary.
