Hallways torn up due to remodel. When this is done, it should be a vast improvement. Room was probably remodeled about 3years ago. Room now needs a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, it was very nice. Breakfast was pretty minimalist, so I went to nearby Old Town. This proved to be a blessing in disguise because I found a nice, rustic place for breakfast. Challenging location to get to after dark, but in a nice location. If the hallways were finished and the room had a fresh coat of paint, I would have upgraded it to 4 stars.

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and ready when we got there, safe area, and within walking distance to restaurants. The price was reasonable!
Didn't know there were $12 fee to park inside the hotel's garage although this's NOT a valet or gated parking but saw it on the App when checking in. Room was smell of strong paint fumes and asked to change for another room. Floor and hallway were damp with some tapping paper,paint stains... while it was underconstruction. No clear instruction or sign for the breakfast place on the second floor...
Wonderful location for walking Old Town. Place was being renovated so it was messy and loud. The parking garage (add $12) was extremely difficult to maneuver and building debris everywhere. Rooms are large but the beds/mattresses are very hard.

Disgusting is all I can say, needs a complete remodel didn't feel safe to stay, just to mention Motel 6 would be a better option.

This was one of the dirtiest places. The room had very dirty walls, the remote to the TV and some kind of sticky stuff on it, the bathroom had unclean to, some kind of substance on the wall didn’t know if it was blood it was brown in color and I wasn’t going to touch it. The Refrigerator has a weird smell and the water bottle we put in there got the smell to. This was definitely a catfish place because it does not look like the pictures. The staff was very rude especially the lady at the window. There is no front desk it’s like a gas station window. And They offer breakfast that they don’t have they don’t serve breakfast but their site said they do, so false advertisement. I looked for another place around but everything was booked in the area. Last but not least. I went down to my car in the morning and some one had Defecated in the corner. Your car is not protected and if you have an SUV or truck you won’t fit, it’s a very tiny lot with little spaces. I talked to another couple that was there that had the same issues I’m explaining here. This is not a place you want to stay. It’s a rip off. I was so upset. Finally taking a small trip and this is what I ended up with. Wanted to make my daughters birthday special and I feel terrible I took here her. We didn’t feel safe.

It is an older property but well maintained. It had everything i needed. It was close enough to Old Town that i could walk and get what i needed.
