Amazing views From every window. Perfect spot for daily beach trips for the family. The rooftop access was amazing to watch the dolphins.

Great Location

This unit is perfectly located on Mission Beach. Within walking or biking distance for just about anything. We stayed for 4 days and got in our car once. It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what my wife and I needed for a few days. Looking forward to returning soon.

Ideal Beach Getaway

As soon as we opened the blinds of the main window and saw the view of the beach and the crashing waves, we knew this was going to be a special stay. The subliminal messages from the decorative signs and artwork on the walls really helped hit home what we really needed -->> Rest and Relaxation. The 2 bedroom unit was very clean and well furnished for what we were looking for. Our GSD really enjoyed the looking out the window observing every passing dog on the boardwalk right below. This unit is close enough to Belmont Park and all the restaurants but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet of a beach community. Because we had the upper unit, we really enjoyed the top deck for observation and enjoying the phenomenal sunsets. The one drawback at the top deck is that we could not get the fireplace started. It looked like the igniter was inoperable as well as not enough propane in the tank. The other drawback had absolutely nothing to do with the unit at all but the surroundings. Because these condos are very close to one-another, there were guests in the next building over who had a beach facing patio-deck and were consistently smoking pot throughout the day in which that rotten skunk smell of the pot does spread and takes its toll after awhile. I know that is uncontrollable but it really was my only gripe. All in All, this was an amazing 3 days at the beach and would recommend this place to anyone needing to get away for badly needed R&R.

Great location but overpriced

Amazing location right on beach but place was small, bathroom was tiny, and it was not nearly as nice as we would have expected for the high price we paid. Beds were comfortable and small parking garage was great. We would have used a balcony much more than the upstairs deck. Will probably not stay here again.

Amazing

We were pleasantly surprised that the vrbo was just like it was pictured. It’s a rental so not perfect condition but clean and tasteful. The location doesn’t get any better. The rooftop was phenomenal. It was nice they had an outdoor shower/hose to rinse sand off. Lots of boogie boards and a skim board for the kids. Beach chairs and umbrella. Right by Belmont park! I think the only thing we’d change is the rooftop chairs. Need to be a bit higher to see over the railing for boardwalk watching. We will be back!

Location is great. Management sucks. Like the owner needs to know they are not maintaining the property. Basic maintenance or items that should have been known before we got there we had to dealt with. Broken bench to the kitchen table. How did the cleaning ladies not know this thing was so broken? Why did my 4 year old have to be the first one on it and fall backwards. No lighter for the roof top firepit (big selling point of the place too), tub that was so backed up with hair that it drained so slowly. Like the cleaning ladies know this. Just fix it. When I called management it was a Sunday. On Monday when I called back because no response received it was “well we are really busy and only got the bench note so we just have time today to fix that and fix the other things tomorrow”. All of the things should have been fixed before we got there. Location is great, beach is awesome. Fit my family well and we had a good time. Good utensils available. Beach chairs are quite well used and could stand to be replaced. Umbrellas were all broken.Just manage the property better. Oh and rent a small car bc the garage is clutch, but small.

Excellent location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Excellent location. We made good use of the roof top/sky deck. And we had no issues climbing the spiral stairs to the sky deck. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. The unit was very clean and uncluttered. Washer and dried in the unit was a plus. Thank you!

Fall Break

The condo was very nice and clean. The views are amazing from both inside and outside from the private roof top! The sunsets are beautiful and we had a dolphin show almost daily in the ocean. It was so nice to walk out the gate and onto the beach. We recommend this place and will consider renting again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
