North Pacific Beach Retreat!

This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
