The property is very conveniently located to many attractions. Very short walking distance to Gaslamp, restaurants, coffee shops, etc…. A stone’s throw to Petco and even walkable to Little Italy. Highly recommend this listing.
Two couples from the same family were in town for a conference. We enjoyed the chance to cook food, hang out, and enjoy the balcony, while being close to everything. It was so much nicer than a hotel! Having the bedrooms on the lower level worked well for us. The parking was a terrific bonus. We had one minor issue, and the management was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. I would stay here again for sure.
A great place to stay in San Diego. It is very close to Gaslamp. It does edge a pretty sketchy neighborhood, but as long as you walk the other way (to Gaslamp), it is fine. Super close to Petco Park too. Overall - 5 stars!
The place was clean. The location is great as it is close to everything! Some areas nearby are sketchy, but the immediate area around this building is safe/clean enough. We felt safe. Thank you!
Location is clean and well stocked. We didn’t cook there so can’t say much about the kitchen other than appears to be plenty of cookware and none of the basic pantry staples such as salt/pepper. Coffee maker worked great and filters were supplied. Freezer had plenty of ice. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean. Bathroom tub/shower is super slippery and may pose hazard to older guests and children. Loved the Lavender scented Body Wash supplied. There were plenty of cleaning supplies so we were able to clean up if/when needed. Washer/dryer work great. The check-in process is tedious and laborious- send pic of this, send pic of that, sign here, initial here, pick up key at nearby store. Then once you click on the link to pick up key then all the rental information disappears and difficult to find parking spaces after info disappeared. House rules disappeared as well. There should be a folder in the unit with all the info the renter needs. Way too many emails were sent with different links and instructions to keep track of which email belonged to which instructions. Loved the rental. Tedious pre-checkin and checkin process. I’ve rented lots of vacation rental properties and this checkin process has been by far the worst. However, once we got in and settled we enjoyed the unit very much.

The windows are huge and there is a lot of natural light.
