I booked this place for a friends getaway weekend and the location was so perfect! It was on the quieter side of mission beach but only a mile walk to all the busy restaurants and bars! The washer was broken during our stay but it was communicated quickly!

This property is perfect for a bachelor party. Right next to the beach plenty of space and its just a great place. Very very small ant issue, which was a bummer, but they are handling it with traps everywhere and we handled it ourselves no problem.

Our stay was pleasant a d the house came as advertised. The location on Mission Beach was excellent and close to shops and great local food. The house is 'inland' so offers no view, but it's a very short walk to Bay side or beach side. Carolyn was lovely and very responsive. We would stay here again!

I recently stayed at this beach house and it was everything I hoped for and more. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the porch and even the living room. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with that view was unforgettable. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It was close enough to town for restaurants and shops, but far enough to feel private and peaceful.
