The property is very old. The check in lobby looks great and newly renovated. However, as soon as you take the elevator to the room, you can tell how old and musky the property is. It has a foul order. Garbage bags are all over the property. I even seen mice and rats running around. My room had spiders in it. The bathroom lock did not work. Ice machine did not work. And there seems to be water damage and mold issues around the hallways. Parking is very tight. A bottle of water was $15.

The room was good and the staff was professional. The $18 per day parking fee is out of line as I feel this should be included. There was complimentary coffee but no complimentary breakfast that is offered by other hotel chains. There was also no offers for military or first responders discounts which I would strongly suggest your organization revisit. On my next trip I will select a non-Hilton property that is more inline with its customers and not one that is focused on its own corporate profit.

I stayed in this hotel in 1999 and didn't recognize it when I entered the lobby for check-in as it had been remodeled. Unfortunately, the materials and colors that were used gives it a very cold and unwelcoming feeling. At check-in I learned that parking was not included and cost $18 a night which they lowered to $16 because I did not see it mentioned when I booked this hotel. The faucet in the bathroom sink was too far back and thus I had to put a towel around it to prevent water from leaking all over the top of the sink. The towel rack for the handtowels were so far away from the sink that I had to hang the hand towel opposite the sink on the wall where the hair dryer was hanging. The corners of the room weren't clean and the carpet was fraying. This hotel went from a beautiful place to stay to a very uncomfortable one. Overall, the staff was fine.

The room was clean and the staff was kind. but the room was suppose to be cleaned every other day. even though we checked with the housecleaning on the floor and she said she had us down. they did not clean the room or change the towels to restock.

The room was clean. Everything else seemed to be past its course in the room. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress had a big dip and felt lumpy. Pillows were hard and lumpy as well. Did not get much sleep trying to find a comfortable spot. Both TV remotes didn't work properly. Had a hard time switching channels. A bath towel had what seemed like a blood stain that didn't wash off. Overall I was not thrilled with my stay. I will not be staying here again.
