Nice place and convenient to the port. Entrance of the parking lots for buildings 4 and 5 is a little bit tricky to find.

Nobody told us we got breakfast, they really need to work on customer service here. We actually had to help an older couple get in and out of the shuttle and to there room with a cart. Absolutely no attempt by staff do do anymore than they had to do. This place is definitely low standard, I would not recommend to anyone. Not a Double tree in my book.
