Best beach we have stayed at yet. We go to Mission Beach, San Diego every year and this beach house and host was the best by far. They were very accommodating and responded right away to any questions we had. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

It’s a beautiful ocean front property that is perfect for a beach stay. The master bedroom is my favorite part of the home, as it provides such a relaxing environment with the sounds of the waves.

Beautiful location

The location of this property cannot be beat. It is right on the ocean, just across the boardwalk. Everything was clean and the management was very responsive. However, the patio furniture was broken, unsafe, and not very usable. Also, the stove top didn't work right - it would randomly turn off while cooking, and despite our, and management's best efforts, the TV in the living room didn't work at all.

Overall we had a pleasant experience during our stay. We weren’t given a door code prior to our stay, so that was a bit of a debacle trying to call the management company. House listing also didn’t state there was no a/c in the house. I understand we’re located on the beach and the breeze is nice, but it got up to 80 degrees in the house with all windows open, so it was a bit warm for kids to sleep in. Might be worth it to mention to your guests prior to booking. We still enjoyed ourselves, but it definitely got a little uncomfortable. Positives were location hands down, kitchen was fully stocked which was nice because most of our meals were at home, and beds were comfortable. We would love to come back!

Kitchen and location was nice but that’s about it. The cabinets in the bathrooms looked like they were made from plywood in the 80’s. The ceiling fan in the master clunks when on. No cable in rooms. The gate lock code by the property front door didn’t work and the propane at the grill was almost empty. The other cans of propane on the property were empty. We stay in Mission every year, for the price I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s way too small the pictures do it justice.
