Perfect Accommodations

Our condo was clean, updated kitchen and baths and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. Kelly, our host, was awesome. I had a few questions upon arrival and Kelly texted back immediately. The view from our third floor balcony was incredible. My niece loved collecting seashells on the marina beach. Highly recommend and would book again!

The location is amazing! Right on the water and bay side boardwalk. Much less hectic and loud than the beach front boardwalk! Perfect for families and those who like a beautiful waterfront view in a quieter neighborhood.

Dream vacation spot?

Overall upkeep of the place was pretty bad. The place was dated, but would have been OK if it had been cleaned, painted and repairs done. Driving up to the car port, the entrance doors were in need of paint. Plaster had been knocked off one post and needed to be replaced. First view upon entering the the condo was a dirty window with bird poop on it. Window sills had not been cleaned for quit some time. dinning chairs were dirty. A brand new refrig. in the kitchen, but the ice-maker had not been hooked up. Drapes in living room were broken. Master bath had mold in the shower, and plaster falling off thenwall with rust showing. We generally had a good experience. The view from the 3rd floor was spectular,and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Visited with my three grown children. Location was perfect for our needs.. loved the Mission beach view out the big windows.. Could walk to so many restaurants, the beach, bike rental place, etc... As others have stated, the place is a bit dated, but honestly, it had all we needed.. Beds were comfy and curtains darkened the room nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with a lovely bay view

Comfy, spacious accommodations made for a perfect peaceful super last minute getaway. Quick and helpful responses from the host during and after the booking process. On my second night, had a late night issue coming back to one of the other tenants parked in my unit's dedicated spot, but the property manager was on it like white on rice and got the situation handled. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Bayside Unit

This upstairs unit looks out on the quiet bayside. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, everything was in good condition. My 3 adult children live in San Diego and there was plenty of room for them to eat with us and also sit in the living room, more so than in larger places we have rented. Elevator worked well. We would stay here again.

Clean, spacious condo with gorgeous views. The beds are comfortable, towels are plush, kitchen was stocked, amenities were great. Loved the location on the Bay! It’s quieter on this end and has close proximity to the beach, freeway, and Sea World. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!!!

Honestly location is what you are paying for here! It’s was perfect for our family of 5 which included our 9,7 and 5y/o kids. We stayed in the 3rd floor south facing unit. Given the price and location of this stay I did expect that regular maintenance and upkeep of the grounds would have been better. Things such as holes in the screens on the windows, tape on light fixtures, lifting of wood paneling on dining room fan, rust in showers, etc. Given all of that, we really didn’t stay inside of the unit much anyway so it was easy to overlook. Beds were comfortable. All of your basic needs are met with this place!!! Property manager was super nice and helpful with a mishap I experienced. Dropped my car keys down the elevator shaft so beware!!! Hold on to those keys and small items as there is a large gap that between the elevator and elevator entrance. Overall I would recommend this property!!!
