Our stay at this motel, it is not a hotel, was okay. There were numerous issues with the door locks not working properly, but the staff was very friendly. Water was hot. Breakfast was the typical free service you get from this level of transient accommodation. There are a dozen restaurants nearby, a more appropriate gym within a mile and the highway /interstate is a block away. most of all, the nighttime was very quiet. The only issue I had with noise was the other guests that got up at 5 o'clock in the morning and proceeded to play their music, and blast the bass, right next to my door. I stayed in room 134.

I stayed here for a weekend of fun at Sea World. They do have breakfast in the morning complimentary. And a room service menu. I recommend this place

Comfortable, clean. Excellent value. Good continental breakfast. Rooms were quiet. Staff very friendly.

To start off, I checked in and the key card I was given didn't open my door. Started to care my luggage downstairs to get a new key card but a maintenance man spotted me and went to open the room door instead. In the room there was no bath towels and I called downstairs twice about it and no one came to give me bath towels. After an hour I spotted a cleaning outside and had to go to her to get bath towels while leaving my room door open since my key card didn't work. The internet is so slow here that I got so frustrated waiting for it to download information from the web. The next day I didn't need my room clean but only fresh towels. The cleaning person came in a took all the towels out of my room and another cleaning person came back with 2 bath towels. Later in the day I realized I had no hand towels, no face towels and no floor towel to step on out of the shower. Very disappointed in my stay there.

The heater in my room didn't work and they had to change out the unit. The underneath blanket smell like urine. And to top it off someone's car rubbed up against my car and scrape my passenger front end and didn't even bother to leave a note.

The room was plagued with roaches. Inside the closet, the tub, the microwave, the refrigerator. It was an awfull experience

Room came with a small fridge and microwave. Ok for a night or two.

great location great price great service nice and quite place

It is always nice staying at the Best Western South Bay Inn

I like everything, except one thing cable television was not working. I stayed 3 nights and didn't get fixed. I called to the office but didn't get fixed.

The cable tv didn't work. The wifi was too slow to use. It seemed like they rushed to make the rooms look new. Still some screws coming out of the floor and missing from outlets. The outlets either didn't work or couldn't hold a charger in it. The "new" beds are hard like a trampoline. Parking is awful, even though there is a parking lot in the back that could be used...but isn't.

clean rooms with a nice breakfast, this was our second stay there

You definitely get what you pay for. The door did not lock, the sheets were brownish, yellowish and it's supoosed to be white! The picture they have posted up is definitely NOT the way it looks, the bathroom smelt like mildew and there were noticeable molds. The neighborhood is very sketchy. I would go back to my hotel and lock up by 7:30pm! Lots of solicitation. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I would rather spend that extra $20 a night on a different hotel so i would actually be able to sleep in peace. Having been there for 3 days with barely an eye wink really drained me.

Older hotel close to everything. Next to trolley and I-5

Great service , we got the room for the handicap. Good breakfast

Kids loved it here . Room was large enough for them to play

I think this hotel is for short stay and need more cleaniness

Quite atmosphere. Very clean property. Great breakfast.

The location for this hotel is in a somewhat sketchy part of town. Additionally, the room is not clean and somewhat old. Despite the room being non-smoking, it still smelled like smoke. Finally, when we turned on the heater it smelled like it might catch on fire at any moment. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was better than most mid priced hotels.

We use the hotel just to sleep a few hours, but we found little bugs in the room.

I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. If you ever have an issue with an hotel key you can go to the front desk and have it reprogrammed. The keys tend to be sensitive and can lose their programming due to cell phones, and anything with magnets. Depending on when you checked in, if it was an early check in, our laundry is still cleaning linens, so there will be a wait for them. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

I am sorry about your car. As for the room I am glad to hear they changed out the unit for you, and I will speak to housekeeping. Our linens are changed with each guest.
