Pool was dirty, we cleaned it ourselfs , they would not give us a discount for cleaning thier pool. The room had a bad smell , sheets had a bad smell.
We stay at this Days Inn because most of the hotels around Lake Arrowhead were full and it was at the base of the mountain and we were going up to Santa’s Village the following day. The staff was very friendly and courteous. But the condition of the facilities were horrible. This place is in dire need of a major remodel. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well but the bathroom was tiny and it was the worst part of our room. Also, it’s located off the freeway, but in a bad neighborhood. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this facility under their name. Unless you have no other choice, stay away from this place.

Staff unfriendly when I checked in. Making faces intentionally showing us that he is unhappy when we requested that our room be changed far from the pool as it is so noisy .i made comment to him to be friendly as we are a customer . There is no mat at the tub and I almost slip . Good thing I was able to hold on to a railing . I am a senior citizen .
Stayed at this Days Inn shortly after memorial day. This place gets my "Bang for the Buck" award for 2018. First, a big shoutout to Sunny at the front desk, who was most attentive to all of my irritating requests, From room assignment needs to help in finding local businesses after I had a fender bender accident, he patiently assisted me, going so far as to print out maps with turn by turn directions to several locations. Thank you sir! Room was very clean, super firm bed with FIVE pillows, microwave and minifridge. Housekeeping very cordial and competent. There is diner literally at the property edge that has a HUGE menu, and is deserving of a seperate review. Suffice it to say, they serve a huge breakfast menu all day, and their combo meals give the option of fries, or onion rings or fried zucs at no extra cost. I have paid far more to get far less than can be had at these delightful businesses. Will be my go to choice for any future trips to San manuel casino.
I checked in at 10 pm. The manager offered my an upgrade, which was thoughtful of him, however.... the room was right next to the office, so all night long people weee walking and talking in front of my room. Kids were running outside yelling and screaming. I called the office and they said they knew. The room smelled way too strong of some kind of air freshener but there was no way to open a door or window due to the noise. I went to bed only to be awokened by the people upstairs at 2:30 am waking around for 30 minutes. They began again at 5 am. Ugh. When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water and was told that I had to run the water for 10 minutes! What a waste! Eventually I got hot water. I got into the shower to find 3 long black hairs (I’m blonde) on the shower walls. Yuck! I met the office know how upset I was when I checked our. The manager Sonny called me later and told me I was in the best room in the hotel. Wow... and was only offering $15 refund for my $80 room. What an insult! I stayed there so I would be fresh and ready for a job interview in the morning. Instead, I went to my interview with bloodshot eyes and puffy eyes. DON’T stay here!
