Very clean and still pretty new.
The 1st room we were assigned had plumbing issues with the bathtub being clogged. We couldn't shower. Gues services moved us to the room next door. When we arrived back to the room after a late evening our sink was clogged. Management said nothing could be done until morning. Maintenance came banging on our door at 8:00am on a Sunday morning. Night shift clerk rude!

Staff was great but the room lacked cleanliness. Walls in room and bathroom looked extremely dirty as well as shower and toilet. Carpet not clean kits of spots.

For the condition and look of the hotel, it should be rated and priced like a Motel 6! The staff was unprofessional, playing loud music when I checked in.

This was the noisiest hotel I've stayed at and poorly modernized. You hear every outside door and muffled conversation. It is also the dirtiest and most poorly cleaned.
Looks good from the outside but could use new furniture in the lobby and the room, although clean can use a touch up. Also, maybe shampoo the carpets in the rooms every few months.
The property was well maintain, the room carpet was dirty and with stains. Noisy rooms, could hear annoying drippings while raining, woman scrumming in the middle of the night, loud air conditioner. Also breakfast horrible, announce from 6–9am arrived at 8:30am, just eggs, no sausage or potatoes, juice machine out of service, the only coffee available was from the lobby, few only wheat toast available. Disappointing.
The beds are comfy! The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. I love staying at this location when it comes to comfort, breakfast, space and convenience. This is my 2nd time here and can't wait to book again, especially when the price is right.

The staff was wonderful! Really top notch. The room was clean but completely run-down. Needs a full overhaul. The location is great-near the freeway and many shops/restaurants. So if you are ok with a very old hotel (broken countertops/fraying carpet/stains in shower) then it’s a good buy. For me-it was fine for 1 night but I won’t be back.
We have stayed here many times while visiting our kids nearby and the stay is always friendly and the building renovation is looking good. The king bed that we slept in on this last visit was very uncomfortable and the pillows were not comfortable either (RM 108).

Maintenance/ Management knocked nicely to fix issue reported, guest declined, guest was offered a late checkout and accepted. Spoke to guest during breakfast his stay was great. apologized for slow sink drain.
