The hotel lobby was nice, clean, and felt very new. I did have to wait about 8 minutes before someone came to the front desk. When he arrived, he asked how he could help, but the check-in interaction was very minimal. Our room was clean and nice, but very small. Our pack ’n play didn’t fit in the room, so we had to place it by the window. We also kept hearing strange noises during our stay, which turned out to be the refrigerator. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the room size and front desk experience could be improved.

The guy at check in was not mean or anything, just not friendly. Pretty sure he answered the phone the night before when I called to make sure it was dog friendly, and I also thought then he didn’t sound friendly. Not sure if he was doing something for work but he also had headphones in the whole time. Just wasn’t the friendliest. The guy at checkout was very pleasant though. It was a breath of fresh air.
