Staff was very accommodating, although some furnishings and decorations in the rooms need to be replaced and updated, all in all the facilities were sufficient for our requirements for this trip. Was disappointed that at this price point ($90-$140nt) there was no evening social/light meal provided, something that the previous property holder (Staybridge Suites) offered. The pool closed at 9 pm which I feel was entirely too early for the spring and summer months.
The location is off of the freeway which is a bonus. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff is very friendly and greet you every morning. The rooms was spacious and everything looked clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Things look nice in the photos but definitely not when you get there. Very crowded property and only has one elevator. Everything needs a really good clean up
A/C is great, room was clean & quiet. Nice breakfast.
One elevator for the entire building that spread out like a maze! Bad parking situation and very long walk to the room, including steps. The room smelled like mold, and was so humid there was condensation on our shoes and our clothes were damp the next morning. Mold around the bathtub. Not a pleasant stay to say the least!
We liked the basketball court on site for the kids to play.
My orbitz confirmation was not received by the hotel. I gave them my confirmation numbers. I had 3 2 bedroom suites. They only had 1 of the rooms. They charged more than was quoted by Orbitz. The front desk check in was horrible very cumbersome. I had to take what they had left. The prices were inflated. They had only 2 2 bedroom suites, 1 I already booked and only 1 2 bedroom. The keys quit working Saturday and Sunday morning.my sons plane got changed to a later date when I went downstairs on Sunday I asked for a 2 PM checkout. The desk clerk said no problem. The cleaning crew knocked down on my door at 1. I thought led them I had a late check out 2 minutes later my room phone rang. I was informed I needed to pay $60 for the late checkout. I told her she said nothing when I told her. I was beyond upset. I started throwing stuff together to get out of the room. She called back and the manager said because she didn’t tell me I can stay with no charge. The chairs in the room were filthy. I have pictures. The shampoo dispenser was empty.
Check in was 3, room was not ready. I had an appointment at 4, so had to leave without any help. Personal for breakfast was very rude
My room was very smelly and there is a strong, pungent odor in the hallway leading to my room
