Established in 1904, Pearl's Porch provides a chic, yet sophisticated retreat. Old charm that boasts modern comforts. Original hardwood floors, exposed shiplap, and bead board foyer walls delivers prominence to the life and history of the home. Close proximity to local conveniences downtown San Antonio, a few short blocks from the Pearl Brewery, Hemisfair Park, restaurants and much more. Located in Downtown's historic Government Hill neighborhood.
A delight for the chef, the island kitchen features Carrera marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and floating shelves.
The master retreat features an en suite spa, white subway tiled shower and double vanity.
The second and third bedroom share a full bath.

Pets - we love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 2 pets. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. If coming with 2 pets we will request the additional $50 after the booking is confirmed. Stays for 30 days are more - $300 Pet Fee
Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property
Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. There is a cigarette ash tray at the front porch and a large butt can in the backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.

The house was nice, clean and very well appointed. The location was perfect for us, but we did had a few issues. The AC started dripping water the first night and then went out completely the next day - summer in San Antonio with no AC is really rough. The door to the master bedroom doesn’t close, which makes for awkward times with two families.

Great experience in a unique home
Stayed over a weekend with family. This updated 1904 getaway was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities. Location going through gentrification but still felt safe. Great access to neighborhood restaurants and Pearl street. Favorite part was gathering all of the family on the wraparound porch. Highly recommended.

Pearls Porch
This house is so charming, and was stocked with all the essentials. It met all our needs for a family of 4. I only had to reach out to management once and they responded quickly. The location is great it’s close to The Pearl district, the Riverwalk, and Central Market. The H-E-B is in close proximity but it’s a small one.
I have a feeling in a couple of years this house will be even better situated. There seems to be quite a bit of new development and renovations happening in the area. The noise was not bad though. There is a train near by but didn’t bother me at night. All in all it was pretty quiet. I mention this because there were a couple other rentals in the area we looked at and the train noise was a big complaint..
We will definitely look to see if this house is available the next time we visit San Antonio!

I came down for the eclipse with my family. The house was really nice and charming. Very clean, easy to access and not too far away from downtown and the Pearl district.
The foundation is uneven, so you can feel like you are walking drunk as the floors are uneven (We actually liked it). Not the best part of town, but they are in the process of gentrification, and at no time did we ever feel unsafe.
