Sofa Dirty, Sheets Dirty, Carpet Dirty, Curtains, Dirty, Ceiling Dirty, all the room was dirty, elevators dirty, this hotel is far away from the standards of other Comfort Inn Hotels.
The area that the hotel is in is not exactly unsafe, but it is in a part of town that looks older, therefore the streets are rough. We didn't have any problems, thankfully, but I was very concerned about where we had to park. The room was nice, but had a musty smell. It was a clean room with very dim lighting unless you open curtains, very comfy beds, bathroom has a huge mirror. Staff was always very nice, helpful, and efficient.
Furniture in the rooms is pretty shabby. The area is surrounded by homeless camps and warning signs tell you to take all possessions from your car

The hotel does not look like the pictures. It has graffiti on the outside of it, the front desk lady had a horrible attitude amd we had to park under the freeway for $15. The room stunk and had a lot of cosmetic issues, the beds were hard, the pillows were like sack with cotton balls in them and our blinds had holes. We went swimming at the pool which is tiny and the water was really murky and there were no pumps on in the pool. There are homless people everywhere around the hotel and it is not a walk thag i want to take to get to the riverwalk at night with my family. Everythig else was booked when my family and i got there so we had no choice but to stay there. I would never stay here again! it was a compete waste of money and would not recommend to anyone.

all very well just that if I was hoping that when I returned on Saturday night my room would have clean towels and the room clean

The description is misleading. It is not on the river walk but about a five-10 minute walk. The rooms are nice and comfy but the pull out couch we had was nothing but springs LITERALLY. But over all it’s was a nice stay

This motel is located about a 10-minute walk from the Alamo. The walk takes you along a very busy and not terribly picturesque street and under a highway overpass, so it's not especially pleasant, but it is quick and convenient. The motel itself is quite comfortable, especially for the price. It is showing its wear-and-tear, but is otherwise nice -- clean, comfortable, well-kept, with decent amentities like free breakfast and a collection of snacks for sale. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and helpful.
