Omi's Bed and Breakfast Farm, Vineyard and Pool, querían los tejanos de invierno

Este fue el hogar de la atleta de clase mundial Joanita Reed. Ella vivió aquí por más de 50 años, criando a sus perros y gallinas, y entrenando para su próxima competencia. Comenzó la Escuela de Natación NBJ en 1964, en este lugar, y pasó el negocio a su hija Nancy Rathburn en 2004. Nancy y su esposo Greg, han vivido en la granja desde 1977, Nancy administra NBJ y Greg es el cocinero en el Bed and Breakfast. Nancy es asistida por su hija Jessica. Great hosts. Good location about 20-25 minutes to San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo grounds. Property was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Beautiful place

Our family of 4 stayed for a long weekend. It was a great time, we all enjoyed the pool and chickens. The house is a cute, older home but well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful visit! We chose this property for a week’s holiday vacation, so we could explore the San Antonio area, do some hunting, shopping, etc, with our dogs. Greg and Nancy were such gracious hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed, including fresh eggs. The property is clean and comfortable, and our dogs loved visiting the chickens. We did not get to experience the pool (December!) but it is beautiful. The rental is private, but owners are close by in case you need anything. We will absolutely be back!

Always an amazing place!!

It is a pleasure to stay at a home where you have the comforts of home. It is secluded but within minutes of grocery store, restaurant and several other needs. Greg and Nancy are amazing hosts and have made their home a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time there.

Quiet Girls Weekend

Omi's place was perfect. We were looking for a quiet weekend get away for 3 friends. Close enough to Gruene and San Marcos Outlets for shopping and nice, relaxing pool time as well. Hosts were helpful, friendly, accommodating and great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Nothing but great things to say about our stay. Hosts were attentive but not overbearing. Beautiful property, home, pool and close enough to SA and NB to be convenient but far enough out to have true peace and privacy. We will return and hopefully stay longer.

Cozy home with awesome pool!!!

We have stayed here several times. The owners are super welcoming and nice. They have chickens and they provide some eggs, and you can buy some too. Close to town, but has a nice country feel, and they get air gliders flying around in the mornings and evenings. Definitely recommend and will continue to return!!

Another great time at Omi’s House

Greg and Nancy are the best hosts! This was our second visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the first. The accommodations were great, as was the conversations with Greg and Nancy. Great location, great hosts, great pool, it was so nice to relax at their home. Look forward to another summertime home away from home next year!

The home has a feeling of calmness and comfort. One of the best homes and hosts we’ve stayed in.

It may be hot in Texas but we forgot about it with such a comfortable home and the fun we had in the pool. Close enough to many things. A great weekend gateway. We wished we had more days.
