COVID closed the pool, nixed any continental breakfast or coffee. the room was kept neat and stocked by staff but walls and floor were dirty, even though our room was supposed to be smoke free there was a hint of smoke smell and cigarette burns on the bath tub, water drained slowly as well. The cable box was just slung on top of the TV precariously. You could lock and bolt the door but it did not seal properly. WiFi was so-so and my browser kept nagging me that the security certificates were unknown, which led me to abandon that and use my phone as a hot spot. It was centrally located Just off I-35 and 1604 near many stores and restaurants. The place just had an old, unclean and cheap feel to it. This is strictly a budget hotel to lay your head at the end of your day. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else.

Very roomy room. Good bed. -- Noisy parking. Police arrested one guest

Close to everything. Affordable clean nice rooms .

I felt so unsafe for me and my kids the one room out of the two we rented was so badly damaged and unsafe we went right back to the front office and told them that we where not staying there we where there for five mins and left we drove for 1hr and half to a new hotel i would not stay at this hotel at all

The bed and the price were good and and my needs met. The hotel seems to be old and lacks good quality maintenance. For example the alarm clock was not working, the microwave had a huge dent on the side, the hair dryer was missing a piece, the toilet was dirty, the one window did not latch or work properly, and many things in general were re-painted or fixed in a poor way. I would go back!

I was charged for not staying at the establishment. Orbitz reservation clearly stated an option to pay upon arrival. Orbitz didn’t say that the hotel would charge a reservation fee. The minute I saw that my credit card was charged, I immediately called to cancel and was told I couldn’t cancel the reservation!!!!!

It had bugs in the room..........,..................

The property was a little run down and there was several trailers with heavy equipment parked in the parking lot all day.

Pool was very dirty. Sheets and duvet stained. Only provided 2 towels and when we asked for more we could only have 2. Odd.

The price was perfect for the area. Staff was very helpful and responsive The tub was in need of serious repairs I requested clean sheets upon arrival du to questionable stains and hairs

Nasty, run down rooms. You could tell nothing was kept up with.

I ask for a "no smoke" room. The room had a strong cigarette smell. I even found a lighterin the closet. I told the front desk and the response was it shouldn't. No one went to the room to validate or hasite in changing me the room. Ended baying product's to tray to minimize the smell. All my stuff got the smell 😡.

Mirror was very smudged. Coffee pot stained and not worth using. Bathtub was oily and stained, not very clean.
