Very nice, great stay. Will return, see more of the city... Would like more time to relax and play...
The rooms were clean and very nice. And it's not to far from base
Wonderful little place to stay! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!
The room is pretty spacey and well-designed. It's close to San Macros Premium Outlets and San Antonio.
I love the room it was so space and my kids love it. Everything was close to the hotel. I love the fact that it had a kitchen. I love it. The breakfast was good too. This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Thank you.
Stayed one night. Generally clean rooms. Looks like they were repainted in a hurry as paint drips were all over the place. Comfortable beds. No bugs. A bit noisy at night as half the rooms in the hotel face the freeway and busy railroad tracks. Complimentary breakfast was below average unless you are into waffles and doughnuts as fruit was limited to a few under ripe oranges. Overall OK for budget hotel.
I stayed in a very nice and clean suite. All I needed was one bed as it was just for myself and I ended up being given the suite. It was great and the price for the room I had was better than I expected.
Great hotel had everything we needed! I can't believe we never booked it!
Overall it was what you paid for. The front desk gal that we checked in with was nice. I had booked 2 rooms and only one was available. Kinda annoyed at that. Then the second room TV and phone did not work. Let the front desk girl know and nothing more came out of it. Not enough towels for 4.
The room was really nice. The only problem was the carpet was dirty. They also had a few roaches in the cabinets. Other than that nice place.
good value for a suite with a kitchen. Full size refrigerator was a plus.
Very good sized room and very engaged staff. Was very pleased with the furnished kitchenette area.
Cleand room and full kitchen, perfect to stay. staff was friendly and breakfast was good too. there were two tv, it was awesome.
The room was bigger and had more than we originally thought! The sofa turned into a sofabed and there was a big refrigerator as well as a mini fridge, a hot plate, a dish drainer, utensils, microwave, toaster, and coffeepot. You really couldn't ask for more, especially if you're having an extended stay. Our curtain had a rip in the one layer, but the heavy dark one didn't so it still kept light out in the morning. They give out samples of Loreal hair products for shampoo an conditioner! That's the nicest hotel shampoo I've ever had and it came with an additional creme treatment that left my hair super soft! Beware of cockroaches outside! But the hotel doors meet the ground so they can't get in unless you let them and they're everywhere in Texas so it's not the hotel's fault. Seriously, they're everywhere at night.
Obviously recently renovated. New paint, etc. pleasant staff. Hallway carpets need cleaned. Room was spacious. Sofa couch in living area was a bit uncomfortable. Would stay again for the price, staff, easy access on I35.
The hotel was ok not perfect, the location its to far from the tourist area. The staff at the front desk was rude not at all costumer service the same thing with the staff in charge of the breakfast but the worst was the housekeeping for some unknown reason they took my shower curtin and did not put another one when i call the front desk the womenwho answear the phone was rude and told me to go and talk to the latina lady that she was on my floor. Worst staff ever! I could have paid $10 more qnd stay at a better hotel but i know that for next time i visit san antonio tx
The suite room is large with a comfortable bed, mini-kitchen, and a sitting area. Pans and utensils are provided so one can prepare a meal in the room. Breakfast is also provided by the hotel. The only minor inconveniences were adjusting the air conditioner vent, near ceiling on wall, so it did not blow air directly on us and having to frequently jiggle the toilet handle. This hotel is near train tracks and if you are sensitive to noise, the train whistle at night may bother you.
Staff very nice, free breakfast good. Value ok, will pay more for better Hotel & location next time in the area. Location not the greatest, surrounding neighborhood not the greatest to say the least. Lots of road construction going on in the area, lots of road workers staying in the hotel. Also tractor trailer parked in the parking lot & its refrigeration unit running all night. (LOUD) Disappointed overall.
I enjoyed this hotel and the room was great wished they had a mainstay suites downtown
I was extremely impressed on how nice the hotel was. It wasn't expensive to stay there at all so I wasn't expecting the best quality of a room. However, it was like a mini apartment. We had a kitchen, living room, big bathroom, and big bedroom. I couldn't have been more happy.
