Everything was great but the King size bed signed up for thru Orbitz was not available which was disappointing & all they had was 2 twins??????????????????

The suite was very roomy, but we missed having a microwave available. Also, only a walk-in shower, no tub. Other than that, the room was great.

Do not expect much with the price you paid.. hotel is average as compared to others with $175 / night rate. We reached around 5 pm but the rooms were not ready. Hence along with kids ( 2 and 5 year old) we have to wait an hr before they gave us our room. Same case with other people also. Breakfast was ok and below average with respect to room price.

I'm a local here and I always like Having mini vacations and I thought I give this one a try. The staff was courteous and respectful. The room was exquisite and the amenities were there when I needed them. I can give one example of the staff really stepping up: I were to pizza from their gallery and what had happened was is that the oven broke down and they gave me a Caesar salad at no additional charge. That's the kind of service that the staff are willing to do making sure that the guest are well accommodated for. I will most certainly stay in this hotel in the near future and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

We really like the extra space in the room. He daily breakfast was outstanding. Staff was pleasant.

Overall the hotel staff was professional, courteous and accommodating with the exception of the front desk attendant. Her first name was Delores, I didn't get her last name. It began with an initial telephone call Saturday to confirm our arrival to be sometime after checkout. When asked several questions, (she) responded with snippy rude answers, etc. Secondly, during breakfast the following morning (Sunday), I noticed there wasn't any salt on our table nor were there any salt/pepper packets available even though another attendant went out of his way to try and find the condiments. When he asked the front desk attendant (Delores) while I was standing there, she said to him and then to me "its all we have, sometimes the people take the condiments." I asked then, "are there any more condiment containers" and she said "no." Okay, I went back to my table and joined my family. A little later Delores walked over with both a salt and pepper shaker and set them on the table and stalked away without a word. In all fairness, the area was quite busy. Regarding our room, the tub faucet dripped, the two beds were concave; having lost their support in the middle of the mattress and the room felt clammy or very humid even though the AC was set at 72. Although we were dismayed with the front desk attendant's attitude, the rest of the staff were pleasant and courteous especially the desk staff when Delores was not around. Housekeeping were very courteous and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have enjoyed most of them. My only issue has been with loud air conditioning units. At least this time the unit was very quite.

staff was friendly but seemed like they where I a big hurry. the room at first look seemed nice but had some tears in the carpet and bed was lumpy very lumpy I woke the next morning with a real sore back. when i called the front desk for more towels they never came. my family had to share wet towels not cool. breakfast was good but over all not worth 175.00 a night. will not stay here again.

Desk staff was average and above. Professional and courteous. Non-desk staff was exceptional. Courteous beyond expectations. Rooms well appointed, clean, and bigger than I expected. Good value. Could use refreshed carpet and couches, but otherwise solid.

We were in town for a wedding and had a large group that was staying there. They were very polite and always said hi as we walked in and out of the lobby. Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from including eggs, sausage, bagels, and some other items as well. Great stay!

This hotel was very close to the Airport and had a gas station right next door for the rental car fill up the night before our return flight. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and amenities. I wll certainly give this hotel a look next time we are in San Antonio.

Breakfast wasn't worth it, just order from kitchen! Room was clean.

Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The staff seemed genuinely concerned of our comfort and made sure that we were well taken cared of. I loved the added bonus of the continental breakfast (complimentary), which had a huge variety. No complaints, will def revisit.

Really enjoyed the location and appearance of this Hyatt. The room was great and large, staff very helpful and professional, and the morning breakfast was really very good. I will absolutely stay here again, on next trip to SA. Great job folks, and keep up the good work!

The large size room enables two parents and two kids (8 and 10) to spread out. Comfy large couch was relaxing and folded into a third bed. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Free breakfast was well done, and having the option to order hot breakfast or other food was a nice addition. Location cannot be beat. Close to Quarry Market area with fabulous restaurants and shopping, movies and more. And only minutes from downtown and other attractions.

Ok dokey good staff worn room furnishings. Engineering good support.

Hotel was chosen for its location. A bit dingy upholstered furniture. Free toothpaste!, but lousy soap. Reasonable value if you pay less than $100/day all in.

Location is great, staff was polite.Rooms are clean.

Nice, attractive hotel. We liked the proximity to the Quarry center, where we ate and shopped. When we arrived, there was broken window glass in the parking lot where a car had been broken into. We were careful to remove everything from our vehicle. The free breakfast selection was limited.

Train rail was within a hundred feet of a hotel, and everytime it passed, it whistled so loud that it awaked all of us 5 times at night. No one could sleep, and it was a nightmare. The breakfast need improving.
