The master room has an ensuite bathroom, vanity table and chair, the house features another full relaxing bathroom that caters to the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. An additional half bath is located across the living room. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Fully stocked and spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, your own coffee bar and a formal dining room. A new water descaler was installed to remove the calcium and mineral deposits from the water in the entire home and a new water filter faucet was installed to the right of the main kitchen faucet.

Parking is available in front of the garage door in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.

WIFI details will be provided 24-48 Hours prior to arrival and will also be available in the Welcome Book.

The house has a keyless entry, and the front-door code will be given to you 1 Hr prior to arrival.

All guests that stay overnight in our home must be registered. We reserve the right to remove unregistered occupants from our property to find alternate accommodations.


★ AIRMEN GRADUATION
Stadium cushion seats are provided for each guest for comfortable seating at your airman graduation.

2 umbrellas are available in the garage if needed.

We ask that all cushions and umbrellas are returned after use. Failure to return will incur a charge.


★ SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY
To protect our guest and always keep them safe, we have installed security cameras that cover the backyard area and the entrance of the home. These outdoor cameras are turned on for your safety.

★ CLEANING
Our home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest has checked out, clean bed linens and towels provided. Our guest’s health, safety and well-being are of utmost importance.


★ NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking both indoor and outdoor! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.


★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS
Please treat our home as your own to protect its appearance and condition for future guests and your return visits.

We strongly request that neighbors not be disturbed. Please adhere to the “Quiet Hours” and refrain from loud noises. Quiet Hours are between:
10pm and 6am - Sunday through Thursday.
11pm and 6am - Friday and Saturday.

We request that no food or drinks be taken upstairs, and no outside shoes are worn on carpeted areas.


★ NO PETS ALLOWED
We love our four-legged friends, but unfortunately no pets are allowed in the house. A fee will be charged if there is evidence of a pet in the house. Thank you very much for your understanding.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

★RESERVATION
Guests are responsible for reviewing all house rules prior to check-in and be aware of new updates.

The Primary Guest must be the first person on the property as they will be responsible for anything that happens during their stay.

Only reserved guests are allowed to stay overnight. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

ANY change to the number of registered guests MUST be reported to the Host BEFORE checking into the home. A fine will be assessed, as well as the additional charge per night per guest, should overnight guests be discovered at any point during the stay (except for infants under 2 years of age).

Local residents need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, email and age prior to instant booking to avoid cancellation.

★ DURING STAY
NO food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms or upstairs.

Please leave all shoes worn outside at the door, on the shoe rack.

Please take care of the furnishings and please do not rearrange the furniture.

Please do not open windows. Please ensure front door and back door is closed behind you.


★ BEFORE CHECK-OUT
Please let us know if you are checking out before 10am so we can get our cleaners into the home as early as possible to get the home ready for our next guest.

Please load your dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle before check-out.

Please dispose of your trash in the respective bins before you leave and follow the trash and disposal guidelines provided in the welcome message and welcome book.

Ensure all lights are turned off and all doors are locked (in-home access door to the garage, garage door, back door and front door).


★ DAMAGES/LIABILITY
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.

We are not liable for any theft or damage to guests’ property or belongings stored or parked in or around the property. Guests are encouraged to secure all belongings and park at their own risk.

Tampering with the security cameras, fire extinguishers, water descaler, water filter and any other equipment is prohibited. Any guest violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged a fee for damages to property, no refunds will be provided.


★ EXTRA FEES
FEES: Lost TV remote will result in a $50 charge.
FEES: Smoking of ANY kind will result in a $300 charge.
FEES: No Pets are allowed. $300 unauthorized pet fee.
FEES: Early Check-In fee $50.
FEES: Unapproved late check out fees: every 30mins after 10am is an additional $50.
FEES: Fine of $150 will be assessed as well as a charge of $50 per night per guest for each overnight guest that is not stated in your reservation.
