Service was excellent. They accommodated my flight issues. Room was clean and modern. Would stay there again for sure!

To be fair they were under renovations when we stayed, so the dust that was in our room could have been from that, although they probably should have had housekeeping do a quick check before we went up. Also, I found stains on the sheets and there were stains on the towels and washcloths. Kinda gross. Also, the wall behind the toilet was dirty. It' looked like water and dust mixed and was streaming down the walls. Also, we were disappointed with the indoor "heated pool". Pretty sure the pool was not heated. My kids still got in, but there's no way I would have. And the hot tub was cold! I went to the front desk to ask about it and she said she'd turn it up, but it never got warm while we were in it. That was disappointing. The hot breakfast was the standard Danish, eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt combo. If you stay during the week, note they close breakfast at 9am. What would it hurt to keep it open until 10? 9 was early for us since we were there to go to the theme parks that don't open until 10. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable, but I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel simply because of the cleanliness factor.

Great shower, great bed, very quiet and mature environment. Safe, excellent hotel.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a dark stain on the carpet....the worst part was the very visible black mold on the bottom edge of the shower curtain. It was not noticed til it was time to use the shower, so we were forced to use it that way. We did mention to the front desk upon check out and they apologized profusely and documented it needed to be cleaned or changed.

Loved the location! Very close to la cantera. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean. I was impressed with our stay. I will definitely stay there again

The hotel was nice, clean, and a home away from home for my friend and I. The staff waa very friendly and very helpful and the room was nice and comfortable. I will definitely come back again!

Everything was good, only weird thing was TV placement in room was mildly hard to view from bed.

This hotel was located to all the locations we needed to go and the stay was excellent. The only negative was the breakfast bar closed 20 minutes before the time it was supposed to close.

Hotel stay was good. Staff awesome. Nice experience.

Like the location. Very close to many attractions and local business. But it needs a special something. It does not feel like a cozy friendly environment. Also they need better beds. All three from my room felt very used and old with no support. They need a little more than just three tread mills in the exercise room. Also woke up at 9 so did not get a chance to experience breakfast, maybe they can extends to 10 am like many other hotels.

Excellent Hotel. Great staff. We went to Six Flags both days we were there. We were within 3 miles of Six Flags so the location was great. Free breakfast was good and enough for us, good money saver. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This was a nice place to stay. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful.

I stayed at this hotel last year when first built in 2009. It was noisy then, as the ceiling is very thin and you can hear the footsteps so clearly. But, I always have earplugs with me. Other than that, the location is great, clean environment, good breakfast, which is why I chose to stay here in 2010. I recommend this hotel and will continue to use this hotel as my San Antonio vacation spot.

Went to San Antonio for a short, relaxing get away. The hotel was difficult to find and wasn't exactly at Six Flags, which is about 6 to 7 miles away. some popular restuarants located close. The rooms seem much bigger online then the actual size. nice indoor pool but kind of crowdy. very nice receptionist with great knowledge of the area and points of interest. Will most likely stay at another hotel if I decide to revisit San Antonio.

Very nice hotel that still smells new! Great service and very convenient location.

Everything was fine, until the hotel allowed noisy kids to stay. From the very start, they were yelling at the top of their voices, were running in the hall and tried to open the connecting door. Had to call the night manager three times. Then the kids migrated to the front of the hotel and carried on there, finally I called the police and they put a stop to it. It is too bad that the management allows this type of behavior instead of insisting for noisy guests to leave after one warning. Why is it okay for guests to disturb the sleep of other guests? Finally after three hours, it was quiet. Thanks SAPD! Too bad the police had to be called.

We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio,TX

the hotel is beautiful nice size rooms. Very clean and good staff, Bed was wonderful the location is another thing. Got there at night and I drove around for 45mins trying to find the place a little hidden behind some other hotels. Needs more lighted signs on the street, overall a very nice place.

I chose this hotel for some much needed solitude: a personal retreat. I brought in food, used the refrigerator and microwave, and enjoyed the hotel's breakfast. I read, wrote, and watched a DVD on my laptop. It was two days of blissful, uninterrupted time to myself. It is not in a beautiful setting, but I did not need that. I just needed some peace and quiet, without expending a lot of travel time, and I got it. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Location was nice and quite. Room was big and plenty of room with 2 boys under 5. Would definately stay again.
