My Whole stay there was terrible. I got no rest what so ever. We had no water most of the time I had to shower on their terms. They had a water leak and no one ever knew anything and they said I could not complain to anyone because it was booked as a third party. Horrible horrible situation. Sad that no one really cared. I don’t understand how they would leave us without water. If that was the case they should have let us know and we would have stayed else where. It seemed like we were the only ones there

I wish I could have stayed more nights than I did. It was such a comfortable place to stay. It was so clean. The staff were really good and fun to talk to. Got recommendations for a good Mexican food restaurant nearby. And good and convenient driving distance to SeaWorld. Will definitely stay here next time we're in San Antonio. Nice pool and hot tub.

No shower! Shower didn’t work & bathroom door wouldn’t close and would get stuck once you pushed it in. Loud noise when you had to pull it open or push it closed.
