This property is located on a quiet tree lined cul de sac in central San Antonio. There is a moderate sized semicircular driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with room on the street for parking as well.
The property is 5 minutes away from the airport, but due to city ordinances, there is minimal noise from aircraft. The property is located near the 410 Loop, Highway 281, and I-35 making it simple to get anywhere in San Antonio.
The house has been newly renovated, and upon entry you'll find a brightly lit foyer with a credenza for your keys. To the right is the the guest bedroom which has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. The second guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. These two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a hair dryer available.
The master bedroom is very large with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a large sitting area, with another credenza and two chairs for lounging in before going to sleep on the king size bed. There is another dresser and a large closet for clothes for extended stays.
If one turns left from the entryway foyer, there is a brightly lit living area. There is a dinner table large enough to accommodate 8 people near a large from window that allows outdoor light to shine through the house.
There is a dedicated work area in the living room with a desk, chair, and Starlink high speed internet. There's almost no lag on the internet, which will allow for Zoom meetings, incredibly fast downloads, and wifi throughout the house.
The living room has two plush couches and a new smart TV. Just log in to your streaming credentials and feel free to binge on Netflix!
The kitchen has been newly updated and is fully stocked. Pots, pans, knives, dishes, cups--we have it. The chef in the group will feel comfortable using the gas range (the bottom right burner is our favorite). The refrigerator has room for food for the whole family. The island and counterspace is large with plenty of room for cooking. We also have a wine refrigerator underneath the counter.
The property also has an indoor LG washer and dryer for large laundry loads. The garage has a punching bag for the fitness minded guests.
Outside, there is an expansive fenced yard for your enjoyment. We have Big Green Egg for the BBQ aficionados. The string lights will shine down while you're winding down on the gravel footpath on your way to relax by the firepit after a long memorable day in San Antonio.
