Overall it was a great hotel for my needs and a good night sleep. Room was clean and the free breakfast was on point! Needed more varieties of sugar substitutes for the coffee cause not everyone likes the pink! Location is right next to plenty of restaurants! Only minor complaint would be that the elevator was hot and very slow to call up or down to the floor.

Loved the room. I called too double check my reservations man who answered was so rude and sounded like he wanted to get rid of the phone call right away.

I was staying there to be close to a weekend workshop that was up the street from the hotel. The staff was well trained and the breakfast was fulfilling. Wouldn't mind staying there again in the near future.

My husband and I went to San Antonio for the weekend and chose this hotel since it was closer to new braunfels since we were going to schlitterbahn. The rooms were ok, and quiet. The staff at the front desk was friendly as well. I thought 9am was a little early for them to stop doing breakfast, we went down a little after 9 and everything was already put away. Nonetheless, we had a good stay.

I took my husband to San Antonio to celebrate his new job. The hotel staff was courteous and made recommendations about night life and called a cab for us to get where we wanted to go. The room was nice although the water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. Overall it was a great trip.

A good choice for stay in san antonio. About 10 miles to downtown. There is a Cracker Barrel nearby, so if you don't like the breakfast, there is always a second choice.

The room at Best Western was really nice. Big screen TV, couch, etc. The staff were really nice and let me check in early at 10 AM instead of 3 PM. The breakfast was hot with a good selection. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance and the freeway was close. The downside was the neighborhood wasn't great. There was a railway really close, so I heard trains all night. It's next to a semi-busy road, so I could hear the cars, also.

Bad location bad neighborhood bed and pillows uncomfortable

The room was clean. The staff was average had very limited people to accommodate you.

Bathroom were lights flickering and dark inside shower area. Area of hotel seemed a little rough. Constant traffic with train nearby. However the room was ready as promised. Lots of hotel construction in the hallways. Never made it to the free breakfast

Very nice room but strange inconsistencies in service. At check-in, we were told the printed instructions for using the room key were wrong - why not fix them? The written notice of check-out time we were given said 12:00 but the staff started knocking on our door earlier and eventually called saying check-out was at 11:00. When we left, we showed the desk clerk the check-out notice we were given and she said, "That's wrong. I don't know why they still give those out." Neither do we. Otherwise a good hotel, if somewhat remote from city activities.

Trip to San Antonio to visit my mom who lives nearby. AT&T center is a bit of a stretch as a description. There are several hotels closer, if that is a person's primary reason for choosing this hotel. It is about 10 minutes away. The pool is outside and is not heated. There is no hot tub. They were having problems with the fitness room deadbolt one day and the fitness room was unavailable. My room was very comfortable. The heat/AC fan will remain on if you like and I prefer the white noise so that is a plus. There were blackout curtains which made for good sleeping. Minimal outside noise with the fan on. Reasonable choices at the breakfast offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to interstate. Ample fast food nearby, but not much in the way of sit down restaurants within the immediate area. Good value for the money.

no problems, all went well not far from River Walk, just several miles

This hotel was very nice. My room was just as described. The location was convenient to the downtown area also. (10 -15 min.). The breakfast was very good. Great place to stay for the price.

Two night stay, hotel was ok, not wonderful not bad. It met our needs.

I stayed at this hotel for a short visit to San Antonio on business. It was clean comfortable the staff was very nice and helpful and the suites very spacious. Add to that a convenient breakfast buffet and that one price point but I would say this hotel is a great value. The only real downside I saw with the amenities is at the pool was small and the gate to it faced a busy road.

The service was awsome, right when i walked in i was greeted. The room was perfect, althought the windows let in a little daylight, the rest of the hotel was great, easy acces to freeway, food locations around, and best of all the cleaningness was more that expected.

This hotel is minutes from Joint Base San Antonio. Far enough away from highway that you don't get traffic noise.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to San Antonio, Texas. The stay was fantastic! My only complaint is that the TV was some old CRT TV. I guess not a big deal though, haha. They had a microwave and mini fridge in the room itself, a coffee maker with cups and disposable brewing stuff. It was all very clean and nice. The breakfast was great, too. There was plenty for everyone and it tasted good. Beds were comfy. Air condition conditioned. The bathtub had a hair (lol gross!) but I just rinsed it out before showering and it was fine. Everything was super cool! I loved every minute I was there.

Staff was very outgoing, friendly and helpful!! The rooms were very tidy and I gotta say I haven't slept that well in a hotel bed ever!! It was maybe 7 min from base(who's really counting when you are excited seeing your loved one). The only faults I really have to say is the continental breakfast left alot to be desired and the pool wasn't open. The pool thing really got me since we were of course in Texas and when we got there it was 80 the one day and 78 the next.....my 10 yr old was quite disappointed since we were coming from MN. Both negatives aside, this was one of the best trips we have had only wish they would have had an indoor pool.
