The Mazot, offered by Alps Accommodation Samoens, is a totally unique character property consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 4/5 people in 60m2 of stylish accommodation over 3 floors, complete with 2 person sauna, log burner and a terrace. The Mazot has been beautifully renovated cleverly incorporating contemporary style with the properties original features. A raclette machine is provided. Situated in a quiet, yet central location just 350m/5 minutes flat walk to Samoens centre, and 50m from the free and regular ski bus stop, or the Grand Massif Express is 12 minutes walk. Properties as unique as this are truly difficult to find as alpine ski and summer holiday lettings, making this a popular choice at all times of the year. The Mazot has been officially classified 4 stars by UDOTSI, the Union Departementale Des Offices de Tourisme et Syndicats d'Iniative de Haute Savoie.

Emplacement proche du centre de Samoëns à pieds, tout confort, calme.
Nous avons eu chaud à cause de la canicule, peut-être qu'une climatisation devrait être envisagée pour les prochaines années qui ne vont pas s'arranger...
Seul bémol : les chambres sont au RDC et au 2ème étage, et le séjour/cuisine au 1er étage, ce qui ne facilite pas l'utilisation de la terrasse (escaliers + traversée de la chambre du RDC et de la buanderie pour en profiter, pas facile pour la vaisselle et la nourriture).

Très agréable séjour !
Superbe location proche du centre ville. Très pratique pour tout faire à pied. La maisonnette a beaucoup de charme et offre tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable.
Nous avons apprécié ce petit nid douillet où l’on est comme « à la maison » ! C'était une condition importante avec notre fille de 2 ans.
Il faut venir au Mazot les yeux fermés, c’est super !

Lovely but some minor issues
The location and the place itself are lovely. The reception went smoothly and we felt very welcomeIt is not as bright as advertised, but a cosy atmosphere nonetheless. So in general we were quite happy. A bit unfortunate (because avoidable) were the many tiny things that were off. The sauna is soo small to lie down, the dishwasher has performance issues, the washing machine is in dire need of being cleaned itself and the fireplace lacks proper air supply to keep the fire going for a longer time. The lady who took care of checking in/out etc was lovely, engaged and very responsive. So overall a great place with some easily changeable issues.

Emplacement idéal à samoens
Au calme, mais tout près du centre ville de samoens. Logement très bien équipé, complet. Une chambre avec 2 petits lits en bas (lits pour enfants car pas très grands). Une petite salle de bain avec douche et WC très pratique. Une buanderie avec sauna. À l'étage, salle à manger, salon cuisine super bien équipée et joliment décoré. Au dernier étage, une belle chambre avec salle de bain complète (baignoire sous pente de toit pas pratique.
Attention, pas de vue sur les montagnes, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions toujours dehors. Petite terrasse sans charme. Barbecue, poêle à bois ++
