Met the hotelier, super friendly chap! The hotel is newly refurbished and clean. Fast check in and check out. Walkable to everything you need to see in old town. The gym is underrated and under-advertised! Would recommend!

Out of the two rooms reserved, one was not of the conditions requested. When complained, the staff was rude and couldn’t care less. Albeit a late polite apology was offered by the manager, the joyful visit to Salzburg was no more.

Very nice hotel. The people working there are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the split bathroom design was helpful with three people in the room. It was clean and quiet. It is centrally located - close to the train station but also close to the city center.

The property was good and breakfast was more than adequate. What lets the hotel down is the lack of a restaurant for dinner option. You need to go outside the hotel for dinner which we didn’t notice when booking.
