O imóvel é como apresentado no site. O dono da casa foi muito atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar qualquer que fosse o problema.
A casa fica próxima de pontos de quiosques da praia, de supermercado, farmácia, posto de combustível, restaurantes. É um ótimo lugar para se ficar.
