The location was great. A couple of the employees were real gems. The food at the reservation restaurants was really good. The food st the buffets was ok only. I didn’t like the fact that there was no concierge to help customers but alas most Brazilian hotels don’t.
Orbitz screwed up our reservation getting us off to a bad start. Hotel is OK. Clean rooms Good internet Safe Good neighborhood Commons area needs paint, kind of dark. Breakfasts ok
