This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Já me hospedei nesse hotel algumas vezes, porque considerava o custo-beneficio bom. No entanto, desta última, percebi que a qualidade geral está piorando muito. Desde questões mínimas de manutenção do quarto até o estado geral das coisas, está tudo deixando muito a desejar. Para completar, ao chegar no hotel, fomos informados que o local estava sem água e assim ficaria por duas horas. Ao entrar no elevador, outra hóspede afirmou que o problema estava acontecendo há dias. O elevador foi outro ponto péssimo: tive que usar as escadas várias vezes, já que um dos elevadores estava quebrado. Não tenho a intenção de me hospedar lá novamente.

Boa tarde primeiramente escolhi o hotel pela localização beira ...porém fui surpreendido pelo pessimo atendimento das recepcionistas principalmente diurna não deixaram eu fazer o checkin antes das 14:30 quando liberou meu apt ja era 15:30 ar condicionado sem fuinciona o hotel ficou por 3 dias varias horas sem aguas alegaram que foi motivo da bomba de água enfin em frente ao hotel fica um concetrado de nóias e pivete que fica entrando na recepção do hotel abordando os hospede infraestrutura precaria café da manha basico e repetitivo falta de empatia das camareiras e colaboradores do café ☕️ com hospedes foi a primeira vez que fiquei não fico mais e nem recomendo alias a rede andrade esta pessima a rede tem outros hotel em salvador todos que ja fiquei tem problemas atenção hospede que foram pra hospedarem nestes hoteis da rede Andrade tome cuidado ou melhor evite ...minha nota de 0..há 10 é nota 1

Quarto extremamente simples, não tem secador, ferro de passar, shampoo nem condicionador de hotel, nada mesmo o básico e olhe lá. Em relação aos funcionários, a recepção não é aberta a nada. Tivemos muitas dificuldades com relação a hidromassagem, que inclusive não funciona. Alegam que tem hidromassagem no anúncio mas é uma piscina minúscula na qual não funciona, disseram que iriam consertar e nada foi feito. Disseram que demoraria 1 HR para ligar, nunca foi ligada. A vista para a praia é boa, gostei da vista. Com relação ao café da manhã, o simples, fiquei satisfeita, cumpriu o proposto. Localização razoavelmente boa. O horário de funcionamento da área da piscina também é bem ruim. Das 10 da manhã até às 20 da noite, não abrem excessões, então se quiser ir para aproveitar a área da piscina, vá ciente de que não dá para aproveitar a noite de resenha com amigos, não dá para curtir uma manhã de piscina e não tem hidromassagem. Leve tudo que usa porque lá não terá, e saiba que o atendimento é mediano. Meu quarto o ar quase não gelava e a janela estava quebrada.

Gostei do hotel porém o banheiro não tem shampoo e condicionador para lavar o cabelo pós banho de mar, o checkout tardio mediante pagamento no elevador diz ser 18h, na recepção disseram 16h. Café da manhã com pouca opção, e sobre a limpeza é ok (quando vão no quarto limpar) pois até colocando a plaquinha la fora, não limpam o quarto

O quarto, a equipe de arrumação perfeita! Agora quanto ao atendimento da recepção, deixa a desejar - alguns empregados apenas. Na parte do café da manhã, boas variedades, mas num determinado momento, depois das 8:30 da manhã, a reposição dos alimentos é bem lenta, os talheres deveriam ser melhores. Parabéns Sra. Carol (recepção) pelo atendimento, e a outra garota, trabalham juntas-não lembro o nome. O Maicon ou Marlon, no dia 21/11, muito educado e profissional nas informações. Infelizmente tenho que mencionar a Sra. Flávia, totalmente o oposto. Existe um sério problema com os cartões de acesso aos quartos. Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo nessa unidade do Andrade e esse problema é cronico. Tinha saido e apressado para entrar no quarto, pedi o cartão na recepção a a Sra. Flavia apenas entregou, displicentemente.... O cartão não funcioou! Desci, pedi para "validar" o cartão e como sugestão disse para essa senhora que toda vez que o hospede solicitasse o cartão de acesso, ela deveria validá-lo! Como resposta ela falou: Por que você não pede para validar sempre que entra no hotel ? Disse a ela que era uma sugestão apenas, que seria até elegante e gentil com os hospedes se fizesse isso todas as vezes que entregasse o cartão de acesso, em menos de 20 segundos a validação ocorre. Mas ao invés disso, ela preferiu questionar a minha sugestão. Ficou claro que eu estava errado! Empatia zero! Viajamos nao para se aborrecer.
