It was clean, safe, and access instructions were fantastic (very detailed). It is very close to a Sprouts and in a good location. Overall, the stay was pleasant. However, READ the details carefully! It is NOT a 2 bedroom, despite the claim in the listing. It is a ONE bedroom and there are two sleep sofas in the common area. That would have been a big problem for me if my son had opted to stay with me. Fortunately, he did not so it being a 1BR with a small bathroom was not a problem. The shower is small which is not a problem for me but my DH (or someone large) would have had a problem if he/they had come with me on this trip. It is a basement apartment, which is mentioned in the details but not highlighted. The stairs to the apartment are narrow and somewhat steep so accessibility would be difficult for people with some mobility issues.It is a nice place - I wish they would make it clear what you are getting. If I had easily known this info up front it probably would have gotten a higher rating.

Meh; stay somewhere else

Biggest lie about the property: "has a washer & dryer." The truth: you have to go outside (hope it's not raining, snowing, etc) and up 3 sets of stairs to get to the laundromat. Repeat this process at least 3 times per load, unless you want to just sit in the laundromat the entire time. The owner ought to have included these any of these details in the description. P.S. - you'll need about $4 in quarters per load. Most annoying thing about this property: the bathroom is TINY. The shower is so small that my 120# girlfriend complained about it (good luck if you're bigger than her). The shower handle is conveniently located elbow-high, so every time you turn around, you bump it and change the water to either freezing cold or scalding hot. Plus, the chilly plastic shower-liner will frequently wrap you in a clammy embrace. 2nd most annoying thing: the lady upstairs stomping around and talking loudly on her phone at midnight. Expect it most nights. I'd list more, but I'm out of space...

Graduation Weekend

This property was perfect for us. We were there for our son’s graduation from the U and the location was perfect! On our first day we asked the property manager for a floor lamp for the living room and one was delivered that same evening!! Thank you for providing us a very comfortable place to stay on a weekend that was 4 years in the making!!
