Great location but sleepless nights due to people above us.

We arrived in the evening, so it was dark. Very confusing on where to be dropped off by uber.. a picture or better description of the property would have been extremely helpful especially in the dark. Trying to find the first gate was not easy in dark.Owners were correct about noise issues. We slept awful! The people above us were up at all hours in the night and we can hear everything …woke us up many times throughout the night! The sound machine couldn’t drown out the laughing, walking back and forth and the luggage rolling across the floor.The carpeting in the bedrooms were stained and the MBR carpet smelled.I was trying to modify the dates before the deadline and had to email many times to get a response. Otherwise they were responsive.Otherwise unit was clean.

Clean, charming loft in good location

Five of us stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the loft. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts provide step-by-step instructions on how to get into the building which was really helpful. Vosen German Bakery is across the street and fantastic for breakfast. Chile Tepin is next door and offers a great meal at a great price (get there early-insanely popular.) It’s only a few blocks to Temple Square-a pleasant walk.

Great place

We stayed here last Saturday to Sunday. I'm only giving it a 4 start review because when we arrived around 5pm the cleaners hadn't been there which was frustrating, but whole we were there, another cleaner showed saying that the cleaners that were supposed to come earlier we're in the hospital due to a car accident so we let them in to finish up what we hadn't done (before the second cleaners showed up). When we got back to the condo, it looked great and we're able to enjoy our night with close friends. It was much bigger than I thought it would be and was impressed with the layout of the rooms and loved the decorations. Kitchen and bathrooms we're fully stocked. I'd recommend this place to people in the future especially if you want to be right in the middle of downtown and in walking distance if bars, restaurants.

Fabulous Birthday Trip

I took my daughter and some friends to Salt Lake for a birthday weekend. The Loft was perfect! It is an amazing space with plenty of room for hanging out and sleeping. The location is great and close to downtown. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The checkin process was made so easy with a virtual walkthrough. I would highly recommend the Downtown loft.

Salt Lake Getaway

The property is in the perfect location to downtown and next to the best restaurant in Utah! It is such a unique property that has been refurbished into a loft with great detail. Chile-Tepin is an absolute must place for dinner if you stay here. The host was responsive and answered any questions I had. Will absolutely stay here again if in the Salt Lake area.

Miscommunication!

the property was rented for a small birthday party because the description said "small events allowed". At the gathering, we asked some uninvited people to leave and in return they pulled the fire alarm. It was completely out of our hands. We were then kicked out around 11:30 (the party was over at 10:30-10:45 to maintain the sound curfew). When we were kicked out we were in the middle of cleaning up, whoever it was didn't care to hear our side of the story and when we went downstairs some neighbors said they understood, It was imo an unavoidable situation, however the apartment was very clean, nice decor, and in a good location. Thanks!
