Although the facility is older and a bit run down, you can tell that they are working on it and making effprt to upgrade and fix it. The staff was super pleasant. I will stay here again.

TV had loud feedback and wifi kicked out constantly

This is not really a hotel for travelers. It is more of a residential hotel where former tenants from the homeless shelter next door rent rooms by the month. The area around the property is as bad as Salt Lake gets and the guestsinside the gates weren't much better.

Property is very rundown with questionable tenants would not recommend this place to any family’s or people with children. Only as a last resort.

Just a bit too dirty for the price.

Good .. like the area... closed to downtown... maid's are helpful..

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Bathroom sink area not clean. Ants on counter. Thin walls.

Location and price as well as facilities well kept and convenient.

I liked how it was entered from outdoor and not enclosed hallway. They need more blankets ands blow dryer would have nice after showering in cold water

Cheerful and pleasant greeting. Adequate room, nothing special.

WELL , IT IS WAS QUIET AND COMFORTABLE, BUT FAR AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN. OK IF YOU JUST WANT TO SLEEP AND GO EXPLORE THE WHOLE DAY AFTER A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.

We would stay here again for sure. Only 1.5 miles from downtown, decent area, walking distance to a great pub/burger restaurant.

Understand it is a budget priced hotel near city center but that is definitely what you got. Wanted to note that the young man working the desk was very personable and helpful.

Ants all over the bathroom sink and no hot water. We took cold showers. That place is a dive. Never stay there again..

inexpensive and close to our destination, staff was helpful and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable. nice having a refrigerator and microwave

Found a toenail in one of the beds. Makes me wonder if the staff actually changes and washes the sheets thoroughly.
