The first thing I noticed walking in was the fresh scent. Everything was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

No complimentary breakfast, which is cheap and lazy for a hotel your size. Barely any TV channels. Mushy, cardboard like pillows. The whole place smelled like cheap perfume for some reason. With your location, size, and price of rooms all of that is unacceptable. Seedy motels are better than you. The only good thing is how close you are to Delta Center. But I will definitely be picking a different hotel next time I go there. Will never recommend or stay with you again.

The check in staff was friendly and worked very fast. They were knowledgeable of the surrounding area as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was also very nice have access to snacks and drinks at the small market in the hotel. I really liked that there was a parking garage as well. Our family will definitely be back anytime we find ourselves in the Salt Lake area.
