I asked for a balcony but was told there wasnt one available for either night I was supposed to stay there the room was old fashioned looking the safe didn't work the fridge didn't work the coffee maker didn't work I left and went to a different hotel for the next night and I didn't get a refund

Amazing mountain views. Great breakfast. friendly staff. The fitness center didn't have sanitizing wipes all five days that I worked out. I asked the front desk 3 times if they could refill the dispenser. It never happened. I had to buy clorox wipes so that I could wipe the equipment off when I was finished.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not what I expected. After paying extra for it, I expected the breakfast to be hot, off the menu, and it wasn’t. It was only a cold buffet. Very disappointing. Other than that, it was all very nice.

Pet allowed rooms were so far from the elevators! Wrih 2 pups, and luggage, it was a trek. The hallways were dingy and carpets smelled like dog poop. Same as the room. A couple of the rooms, people were partying, with music so loud it felt like we were sleeping next to a night club! Was the worst, when traveling through and we just needed rest. The bath tub was all chipped or covered-up with chipping paint. Was the worst hotel! Not ever staying at a Sheraton again!
