I have been at some Home2 Suites by Hilton that, because of their newer condition, are better facilities than this 4-stars Sheraton. Otherwise, the hotel was well-maintained and clean. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Lived it. Convenient walk to restaurants and Salt Palace, great staff, great service.

I had a suite that was very stark, rather than decorated. Felt like several pieces of furniture had been plopped into a room. Lighting was bad. Bed was good, but that's about it. Also, the environmentally conscious side of me was disappointed to see two huge roaring fires (an indoor fireplace and an outside firepit) flaming away literally all night. I don't know about the outside firepit, but the inside fire was in a space that was mainly a walkthrough corridor, not a place where people would congregate and socialize around a fire (there was no furniture in this area). Both fires were in areas where practically no one would see them, I believe. Unbelievable waste.

Customer service was excellent. Room was clean and spacious

It had a wonderful fire pit and and great lobby. I paid extra for the loft room with a pull out couch. They said they didn’t have that room available and we ended up with a smaller room with no couch and we still paid extra.

I liked the loft rooms, but twice in 3 days we were out of heat where it got dowb to 61 degrees in the room. All we heard was we are trying to fix it. But nothing to keep us warm till it was fixed. So we sat arounf wrapped up in the quilt..

All very good, super friendly, prompt & accurate staff

The restaurant was terrible and there are not many food options in walking distance. Lobby and common areas are nice, rooms are fine.

My room was a little dirty. I think there was spit that dried on the floor.

Location was perfect 👌 That we should pay for breakfast extra is reticules.

Clean, quiet, short walk to Salt Palace Convention Center. Staff was very helpful.

What an amazing hotel! I actually felt I was under dressed most of the time or not (wealthy) enough to be staying there. Everything was very top of the line and every thought and care were given. I love the older building but it was so updated and beautiful. I don't think I've ever had a nicer, more comfortable bed. You just sink into it! Two TVs?! Large desk area, two phones? And that bathroom was huge! Compared to other hotels... this one has to be among the best I've visited. Staff bent over backwards to fulfill needs.

I had a medical emergency on my way to Salt Lake City and consequently was forced to return home to Hawaii asap I understand that the hotel has the right to penalize customers if they reneged on a contract My go between from Orbitz tried in vain to plea my case to whoever he spoke to at the hotel I question If my plane crashed will I still be penalized I was penalized 100% of the room costs I don’t get that kind of harsh treatment from other popular hotel chains I will make certain that we will share my experience with everyone we know

It’s in such a convenient location. Walking distance to downtown shopping and bars. The staff are friendly and quite efficient. Also, it smells fantastic when you walk in!

Great location and staff, but rooms were a little loud
