The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of natural lighting. However, the staff were not helpful/caring. The deposit required upon check-in, though returned at check-out, does not come with a printed record. Different staff gave varying information on this, which was frustrating when I expected to receive a receipt upon check-out and was made to feel like a burden when I asked for a copy of their record for my records. Information about airport transportation is also not clearly communicated, and therefore, upon check-out I was made to feel as if I couldn't do things right, and a burden because they had to find me a ride to the airport, a service that comes complementary, and should be communicated upon arrival. Please ask questions about EVERYTHING and ask for EVERYTHING in writing! Also, don't expect the staff to treat you as an honored/respected guest, but rather as a burden for which they have provided room and board. Oh, and expect your questions to be answered as if you should already know the answers. Clearly, you should know how to do everything appropriately without being given the necessary information. And don't bother asking for dinner recommendations, because the staff doesn't eat in the area.

First off I was supposed to be booked with a hotel with no deposit this hotel had $100 deposit or $20 card puzzle which I didn't have when I booked with Orbitz I told them that I had no deposit card so they told me they find one with no deposit this hotel still had deposit would not let me check in the hotel K second I get to the room and it has no phone the phone doesn't work the TV scrambled K there's holes everywhere with like the insulation was sticking out is ridiculous K I'm on top of that we find out or we've come to find that the windows have no screens or logs the AC does not work whatsoever it was like sleeping in a sauna all night long when I tried to go tell them because I had to walk down there because her phone didn't work they send someone into our room right this second to make banging noises all morning long and still not fix it it was a most miserable worst place I've ever stayed when I got there there was a whole family or what seemed like family for the from the people that work there having a picnic in the lobby had there's no reason to walk

The location near downtown was nice. The desk staff was nice. The building is run down and rooms are not clean.

The toilet was broken. The heater fan was extremely loud. The shower fixture was broken. The sheets hadn't been changed from previous guest (dirty and old socks left in bed). TV selection limited. Fixtures old and worn. Motel tried to add extra charges to credit card.

We checked in but when we saw our room we checked out and went somewhere else. At one time this was a nice place, but there is no pride at this place. The haven't spent a penny on maintain even in years. The desk staff was very good.

It was very noisy, the exterior was very deteriorated. It should be torn down. Ice machine didn't work. It was a bed experience.

Worst hotel experience EVER. There was drug activity, filth, and an over unsafe place to be in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.

A great and reasonably priced location to walk to the Salt Palace Convention Center, downtown shopping mall, Temple Square and the Utah State Capitol. The Denny's restaurant 1/2 block away is friendly, reasonable and excellent.

The shower had several broken parts in it, the wall under bthrm sink had a big hole in it. It was noisy late night and early morn both nights but especially fri night feb 3. There was a huge party on 2nd floor across from office w people yelling obscenities to patrons and throwing things down to street from stairwell. I had to dodge them as i was walking home from dinner around 930pm fri night feb 3. Noise didnt stop after complaint made to office gal, so someone called the police. This is unacceptable for a good customer of Orbitz to put up with.

when check in there was mice at the front desk told the staff and just ignore me was loud rooms dirty house keeping just walk in.

Room I was given had not been cleaned. Got another room and just as I was getting under covers noticed the cigarette burn through the blanket. The whole place was run down looking, the breakfast room clearly needed maintenance everywhere you left looked. On the plus side was the friendly guy that handled the breakfast , the location was good, and the price of the room was almost free as it was included with my flight. I wouldn't keep my family in their for one night but given I was traveling solo and not there much it was a fine crash pad. I left a half day early and stayed with friend

This is by far the worst night we have ever spent in a hotel, including stays in cheap hotels in Eastern Europe, Mexico, and Africa. Room was filthy, grounds were unkempt, staff was disinterested, 'breakfast bar' looked like a breeding ground for disease and was populated with the local homeless population, other guests included a diverse group of (mostly) loud partyers, prostitutes, and degenerates. After a night of no sleep the housekeeping staff was banging on the door before 8AM. So I guess at least they were motivated. Top it off with wifi and key cards that didn't work and you get a NEVER STAY HERE review. This is (maybe) a $25/night or by-the-hour hotel, not $67 a night

Muy malo me infecte de chinches Quisiera demandarlos tengo fotos de las ronchas en mi manos y cabeza

Wifi never even worked after 3 attempts to have staff fix it. 1st room the shower didn't even work so they moved us rooms rather quickly and that was appreciated. They had turned off the air conditioning for the season already and being used to Temps below 50 at night, the room was a bit warmer than preferred but it overall got the job done. Showered and slept.

Everything was working Good! Very polite stuff and friendly. Quality is Excellent that is for sure!

My favorite place to stay. The service was amazing.

Most disgusting hotel I have stayed at and not that cheap! No heat- solution: blankets! Water stains on ceiling, open panel in ceiling where you could see disgusting dirty pipes and wondered what type of critter would come crawling out! Carpet covered sidewalks looked like they had never been cleaned- worst outside appearance of any hotel I have stayed at! Worn furniture, rusted drains, need I go on? Oh yes, old linens, dryer on its last leg .....They do have free parking while you are gone but I didn't have much confidence that my car will be there when I get back! Free shuttle to airport and only 15 minutes late. WAY OVER PRICED! Disgusting!

Pleasant and accomodating .I would stay there again without question and would recommend it too.

The room and bathroom were clean. The room was spacious and we could choose between a room on the bottom or second floor. Best part of the stay is the 9 ft. deep pool.
