Rooms are horrible and that putting it nice. Sink hanging off the wall , shower rod broken off the wall bed is like cardboard, dirty as hell! Never again will I stay there.

The hotel is a bit run down--tiles broken in the pool area, worn furniture, not all the buttons worked on the remote control, just a general state of "this hotel has been around for a while, and hasn't been getting regular maintenance everywhere." There were ants in my room. The hotel has bright lights shining at each window from the outside and the blackout curtains only do an okay job of keeping out the light. The breakfast was hot and nice. The staff were friendly. The pool was warm. The bed was firm.

Room was very nice. Front desk staff were very friendly! Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time except milk was hidden and had to be requested. Bathroom in the room had many cigarette burns on rhe toilet seat and sink counter. Kind of odd for a smoke free hotel. Hallways and doors newly painted and the whole place smelled really clean. Nice carpet also.

Felt uncomfortable staying there, receptionist was rude and demanded I’d for both adults, I tried to ask if this was mandatory as I’ve never been asked for both id’s, she stated it was always a hotel policy and if her coworkers didn’t follow policy, she did. I can understand this but she was rude about it. No costumer service it almost seemed like she was mad but I felt not comfortable staying there.

My best friend booked this room for me because she didn’t want any visitors (SHE DIDNT WANT TRAFFIC) other than her family and close friends to come by and say their goodbyes, but I screwed up and went to her room and dropped off 2-3 girls because I needed to handle something- and the worst part was Ally wasn’t even present and if so it was for a total of 10 minutes in and out. Hoping any and all of her belongings ended up safe or put aside

The staff made this hotel top of the line, we were treated very well and would always stay here when in salt lake. Clean quiet hotel several dining options within walking distance. Area around hotel was super chill, breakfast was great too! Wish I could remember the lady name who checked us in and was at the desk during the days, she was the best at her job , felt very comfortable during our stay

I got a connected room, they where both nice the tv in my room was broke but we didn’t watch to much tv anyway other then that the staff was amazing the pool and jacuzzi was nice very spacious
