The room was acceptable, though I was expecting more from a "Radisson."

Nice pool. Nice hot tub suite with two separate rooms. One for us and one for the kids. Close to Lagoon and discount tickets for $57 day passes at the front desk.

The coffee and creamer were unedible-very bad. Because of virus they did not have breakfast bar but sack of food-but no drinks available. The room was ok but the rest of hotel was not up to par

The elevators did not go all the way up to the fourth floor where We were staying, The door was warped and had a gap. Lacked updated technology to charge phones and computers. Customer Service sucked. After 5 day stay, Wales and yogurt gets real old,

Bed was clean, as was bathroom, but carpets were dirty. Beds were not made up the 2nd day, but fresh towels were there so we knew housekeeping had been there. Found a piece of candy on floor behind door when we arrived...we pushed it into walkway/very visible location of room, and candy was still there after housekeeping had been there. Location was fantastic! Breakfast offering was mediocre. For a merely warm bed for a night or two, this hotel will suffice, but would rate 2.5 overall.

Complementary cookies were a hit with my grandson. Comfortable bed

Bed and bath were above average but everything else was not so good. Was promised an airport shuttle- not really available

It was fine. There was a big toenail in the corner of the bathroom with some dust, but... The staff was very friendly and we loved the beds and the breakfast.

Beautiful Property for the price. Convienetly located nice staff.

The location was close to several attractions, restaurants and other services

I absolutely loved the staff! 24 hr pool/hot tub and breakfast was wonderful. Different options every day.

Like: Location offered prime convenience. Dislike: Cleaning staff knocking on door two hours before check-out time.

I only spent one night. I had a great room. Parking was great. The breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were very nice. I will stay there again.

Friendly, courteous staff and house keeping. Clean and comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We appreciate guests that understand the special circumstances that we are up against with regards to COVID-19 and the extra precautions that are in place. Some of these precautions are limiting us in what we customarily provide, such as complementary cookies at the front desk, newspaper, limited hot breakfast, limited housekeeping designed to limit contact, and more. We are slowly returning to normal as the guidelines are allowing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We appreciate guests that understand the special circumstances that we are up against with regards to COVID-19 and the extra precautions that are in place. Some of these precautions are limiting us in what we customarily provide, such as complementary cookies at the front desk, newspaper, limited hot breakfast, and more. These limitations are set by the local health department and all hotels are obligated to adhere to them. When making a reservation on The Radisson web site, it does disclose temporary changes to services including the use of “Grab and Go” breakfasts. We look forward to when we can return to the original normal. Here is a little heads up for what is in store for our hotel the future. The Country Inn & Suites, Bountiful is nearing 20 years since its construction. In the fall of this year, the hotel will begin an extensive renovation. This renovation will include a complete overhaul of all rooms which will include new paint, wallpaper, windows/window treatments, carpeting throughout the hotel, beds and bedding, lighting, amenities (e.g. TV, phone, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron), breakfast area, and an updated exterior. Be sure and stay with us again so you might be able to enjoy these new renovations. Craig General Manager Country Inn & Suites, Bountiful

I appreciate the time that guests such as you take the time to provide feedback. Knowing of our guest’s experience is a vital way for me as the general manager ensure we continually improve. The 4th floor button in the south elevator has been sticking lately. This has been reported to the manufacture and they are waiting for a part to be shipped to them. Once they receive it, they will return to the hotel to replace the part. The button does still work but it does require a harder than normal press for it to activate. I have placed a sign by the button to inform guests of the status of the repair. Here is a little heads up for what is in store for our hotel the future. I’m sorry that the website you booked indicated we have an airport shuttle. We do offer business to business shuttle Service, but do not run to the airport. I will contact the third-party website you book through to have them update their site.
