Very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Our room was on the Interstate Highway side, but it was absolutely quiet. They have new windows, and we could barely hear the traffic when standing next to the window. With the curtains closed, we could not even hear the traffic. And there was NO "white noise" to cover noise - yippee! Just QUIET. Very nice. Other than a stain on the arm of the couch (maybe a wine stain?), the room was nice and clean. By the way, the couch pulled out into a hide-a-bed, which the grandkids (15 and 9) used. They told me the bed was "very comfortable." The King rooms are suites - two TVs; the main bedroom has a door you can close. The Desk Clerk said the King rooms face the Interstate and are suites; the Queen rooms are not suites; they face the parking lot and have a view of the mountains. Decent selection of snacks and sundries are available for purchase, too - very convenient.

My wife and I spent a couple of days here during our Christmas break. We found it a very pleasant place to stay in Bountiful, Utah. The hot tub was great the staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely plan to stay again.

This hotel provided a good value and comfortable stay when moving my daughter into the University of Utah. While this is not very close to the university, the shopping was VERY close and the price MUCH better that what you would pay downtown by the university. The room was clean, everything worked well and we didn't hear the freeway even though it is very close. Be aware that the free breakfast ends at 9:30 - kinda early when you want to sleep in a bit on vacation.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday 6 months ago and really enjoyed it so I decided to take my husband back again for his birthday. We love that the pool is 24 hours, breakfast is good, and love the hige tubs right next to the bed!

Just got a well deserved relaxing time. Great nights sleep too

The hotel itself was nice. We have no complaints with it or the staff, but they gave us a "room with a view", well the view was of the freeway that was about 200 feet away. It was so loud we couldn't sleep all night!!!

Very friendly night manager and clerk. The little work out room has good, new machines. Mojo-gift shop/drugstore was well stocked. Breakfast had a lot more variety than most -- and it had eggs. I love eggs. But my husband likes fresh fruit and waffles. Something for everyone.

Checking in at Carlson's Country Inn in Bountiful, UT, you need to know that ALL SUITES ARE WITHIN YARDS OF A MAJOR FREEWAY. They look lovely, but the noise in the sleeping area is like having your bed in the median of the freeway. When asked to be moved to the other side of the building (from a suite to a 2 bed room), we were told that no other rooms were available even though we had checked in early. Staff was courteous but not accommodating.

Staff friendly, professional, and our stay was a wonderful, pleasant getaway from the routine of everyday life! Would recommend to anyone. #1 place to stay!!!!

I found the staff to not show any "real care" when we encountered problems. At 2am... drunks came into the room next to us... after 30mins, it kept up so we called the front desk. He offered to move us!!! We where not the ones causing any problems!!! So why would I want to move at 230am in the morning. I come to Bountiful several times a year, but I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Terrible staff and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We only slept there because we were visiting our son in Centerville. It seems there were large groups of people there and the place was noisy at night.

I have done a lot of traveling, and this is by far my favorite hotel. In the last 7 years I've stayed there the staff goes beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable.
