March Stay

Upon arrival, we were greeted efficiently and pleasantly. The lobby was a bit muggy. I mentioned it and the desk person said it was just the time of year. Soon after getting to the room we realized there was no water at all. That wasn’t mentioned during check-in. During the stay we had intermittent cold, but no hot water. After two days of being checked in, we finally had hot and cold water. Another issue we found was the latch on the door didn’t always latch. We thought we had figured out what the problem was, but didn’t. We mentioned it upon checkout.

They were having key and door issues the whole time I was there. I wasn’t able to get into the hotel from the side door where it was more convenient. They worked on my door and keys a couple of time and it still didn’t work. I had to use both keys multiple time for it to finally flash. My room must of not been checked properly by housekeeping because we found a bottle of Diet Coke on the floor. Hope it wasn’t from someone going into my room. The place was clean and breakfast was ok. Just very irritating having to go through all that after a long day.

The property was ok not exactly like the pictures that they post on the Expedia page. Lots of road noise since it is along side the off ramp of the interstate. Our room was well used and the bathroom needs a renovation. Water damage around the tub.

We had a room with 2 queen beds so there wasn't an abundance of extra room but enough for 2 chairs and a nice desk. There was a nice 40 inch flat screen TV. The room had been redone recently and was exceptionally clean. though it was close to the I 15 freeway it was very quite and conveniently located for our needs. microwave,coffee maker,fridge and safe. what else do you need. The breakfast was very well done with a good variety of hot and cold items. Very helpful, friendly staff.

We chose to stay in one of the "accessible" walk-in bath-equipped rooms and while that was convenient and made us feel more safe with the grab bars, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible and there was no counter space to put anything on around the sink. And for some odd reason there was no toilet paper holder. The breakfasts were routine hotel fare; could have used some variety in the potato choices but it was pretty good.

Hotel was remodeled from Country Inn & Suites and still saw gapes in walls, lights, pool area, and other areas throughout the hotel. Light didn't work in room when you entered, shower faucet was stripped and rotated around to not hold temperature. When opened blinds on window, original all was shown with mold and missing caulking.
